Fairly useful maiden. Improved when second on handicap debut at Goodwood (1½m) in August. Failed to repeat that effort both starts after. Subsequently sold from Roger Varian for 25,000 gns and takes a step down in grade.
Capitalised on drop in grade to open his account in handicap over this C&D in March and followed up in apprentice handicap at Doncaster (10.2f) 9 days later. Shaped as if still in good heart when in frame here (12.4f, 5/2) 11 days ago. Takes a step back down in trip.
Lightly-raced sort who opened his account on debut here (7f) 12 months ago but failed to trouble the judge in 4 subsequent outings. Is fitted with first-time blinkers and market may be best guide on return from 6 months off.
Course winner who had a productive 2025 and resumed with a solid third in handicap at Doncaster (1¼m) in March. Possibly found the race coming too soon when fifth of 14 in similar event (7/2) at Musselburgh (12.5f, good) just 2 weeks later. Merits consideration down in grade.
Placed twice in 2025, latest when third of 7 in handicap (14/1) at Thirsk (1½m, good to soft) in September. First run for yard having been sold from Ed Dunlop for 5,000 gns. Back down in grade but probably best watched.
Course winner. Successful over 1¾m at Redcar in November and has shaped well back at 1¼m when placed at this course twice this year. Threatened a bit more than he delivered when seventh of 14 in handicap at Musselburgh (12.5f, good) 19 days ago.
Has returned to action this year with a couple of below-par efforts. Given some help by the handicapper but isn't a likely type to stay this longer trip on pedigree.
Progressive in first half of last season, winning 4 times in all. Form did eventually level off and she'll need a good pace to aim at kept to this trip on reappearance.
Made frame over C&D in March but again showed little back over hurdles at this course (16.9f) later that same month. Passed over.
Had a productive 2025 winning at Ayr and Carlisle. Creditable second of 8 in handicap at Musselburgh (12.5f, soft, 7/2) on final outing in November. Has a hood on for the first time and he's no forlorn hope.
Recorded C&D successes in January and March. Suited by the way the race developed when third of 22 in handicap at Doncaster (1m, good to soft, 11/2) later in March. Looks sure to be on the premises returned to this C&D.
Has built up a long losing run but there have been some recent glimmers of promise. Needs to shrug off a lesser effort over further but is back in cheekpieces, in which he suffered 2 narrow defeats when last fitted with them. Market will be informative.
