Pinatubo filly who has displayed only modest form in a trio of all-weather novice events at up to 1½m in recent months. However, bred to be much better than an opening mark of 59 and in top hands, so certainly not discounted now switched to a handicap.

No significant impact in 4 outings around 1m as a 2-y-o and, after 4 months off seemed to lack a change of pace when ninth in handicap over this trip at Kempton 3 weeks ago. Possible she'll sharpen up for that run.

Maiden who showed benefit of his reappearance run and made much more of an impact in refitted tongue strap when third in a C&D handicap 6 weeks ago. Switched yards since and a repeat gives him claims.

Improved plenty for the step up to middle distances, runner up at Southwell in February prior to filling same spot in a C&D handicap 6 weeks ago (Corduroy third). Not seen to best effect then and he's one to consider with a hood now reached for.

Lightly-raced maiden who was friendless in the betting but ran her best race yet upped markedly in trip when third over C&D 2 weeks ago. Can build on that and considered.

Forecasts

Crown Inn To Win (6/5), Itsonlyrockandroll (10/3), Forever Perfect (4/1), Moon Is Up (9/1), Steel Fixer (11/1), Corduroy (11/1)

Verdict

FOREVER PERFECT ran her best race yet when third in a C&D handicap 2 weeks ago and with that appealing as form to be positive about at this level, she could be the answer with further progress not ruled out. Crown Inn To Win is a big danger following a pair of runner-up efforts. Itsonlyrockandroll hasn't looked like living up to her pedigree by any means but gets her first crack at handicaps.
