Three-time winner struggled in better company than this on final start for Andrew Balding at Goodwood in October. Since sold for 20,000 gns and has a bit to find at the weights on stable debut.
Low-mileage 5-y-o impressed with how he travelled into the contest when third of 12 in a borderline useful handicap at Kempton last September. Tongue strap goes back on, and merits consideration, given he went close on reappearance last season.
Landed a double in 7f handicaps (with cheekpieces) at Catterick in October and bounced back to form reverted to positive tactics when third of 11 on return at Newcastle. Headgear back on to boot here.
On a long losing run and having failed to fire for Richard Hannon last season (sold for 24,000 gns in October), a change of scenery will need to spark a revival.
Much improved when landing second leg of a double at the Galway Festival last summer and should be in the mix here, having bounced back to form with sights lowered when fourth at Doncaster on return.
Underlined his inconsistency when well held at Wolverhampton last time and while he does benefit from the return of a good-value apprentice, he hasn't shown much on 3 runs on turf for current yard.
Two-time winner looked in need of a return to this trip when fourth of 11 at Kempton on final start for Roger Varian in October. Sold for 34,000 gns later that month and is respected on first start for new connections.
Narrowly denied a 7f Southwell hat-trick by a progressive sort but couldn't quite translate that form to turf when fifth of 15 at Doncaster last time.
Recorded back-to-back wins last summer but ended the year out of form and has offered precious little in 3 starts for new connections.
Capped a consistent run of form when runner-up in a valuable handicap for the grade at Windsor (1¼m) last August but returns over a markedly shorter trip here.
Solid second at Catterick last season but hasn't been seen to best effect on either start for new yard, yet to be asked for everything when denied a clear run on return at Doncaster latest. Looks well worth another chance.
Left the impression she should have finished even closer on final start for Eve Johnson Houghton (sold for 9,000 gns) and was given a considerate reintroduction by her new yard at Musselburgh (33/1) last time. Worth a market check.

GREEN PURSUIT didn't get the rub of the green on his return and makes plenty of appeal on the best of his form. Warm Spell went close on reappearance last season and has to be considered, along with It'sneverjustone who made a pleasing comeback at Doncaster.
