Debut French hurdle winner/runner-up sole start for Gary Moore. Switched to a handicap by new yard following 3½ years off and showed most of his ability remains when third (behind Wild Goose) at Kempton. A slight niggle that he bled on that occasion but still unexposed.
Bolted up on handicap debut at Ludlow and returned to form in slightly calmer waters when chasing home a well-treated one at Kempton last time. Similar performance could see him resume winning ways.
Pulled up both starts for new yard at the end of last year and has plenty to prove on return.
Seemingly had plenty in his favour when winning at Huntingdon in December and having pulled up both starts since, it's hard to be confident that a change of headgear will spark a revival.
Hasn't kicked on from last season's long-odds Ffos Las win but did shape as though better for the run when fourth of 6 in a similar race here last time.
Yet to build on a promising Ludlow novice win at the end of last season, looking far from a natural in a couple of starts over fences more recently. Makes just his second handicap hurdle start here, though, with stable in good form to boot.
Won twice in a fairly productive summer jumping campaign last year, though returns with something to prove, having again finished well beaten at Carlisle last November.
Successful sole start in Irish points and having shown ability to finish fourth at Market Rasen (solid form) and Huntingdon in a pair of hurdles, remains open to improvement now making a quick switch to a handicap.
Undone by a rise in the weights when bidding to follow up his Taunton success at Exeter last time, finishing fifth of 10, and he may need further respite from the handicapper.

Forecasts
Wild Goose (13/8), Red Rubio (16/5), Sun Art (13/2), Fight My Fire (8/1), Phoenix Risen (9/1), Diyaken (9/1), Benvoy (14/1), Grey Skies (28/1), The Tide Turns (200/1)
WILD GOOSE looks a solid proposition in this grade, and he's narrowly preferred to potential improver Red Rubio. The Fergal O'Brien yard is among the winners and that brings Sun Art into play, too.
