Newcastle regular who bagged his second win in last 3 starts when landing a 12-runner handicap there (22/1) just over a fortnight ago, leading final 50 yds. Up 5 lb for that but should remain competitive, especially if there is pace on.
Hasn't won for nigh-on 2 years but ran well when second of 7 at Newcastle in November. Entitled to strip fitter for recent outing here last month and the market should prove a good indicator.
Won over 5f at Lingfield in January but third in both outings there since. Persistently slowly away and ideally needs the leaders to go hard to feature.
Has been running creditably in recent handicaps on all-weather, shaping better than the distance beaten suggested given he was always wider than ideal at Kempton last month. Likeable type whose turn may not be far away returning to he minimum trip.
Doesn't win very often but took advantage of an easing mark when landing a 5f handicap at Southwell (9/1) last month, both handicap wins coming from marks in the high-60s. Work to do if she's to follow up.
Four-time C&D winner who fared better than he had been doing on turf when seventh of 10 here (18/1) last October, challenging over 1f out before weakening. Has gone well fresh before but others more appealing on this occasion.
C&D winner 13 months ago but hasn't won in 11 runs since, reported to have bled when well held over 6f here (66/1) in December. Hopes pinned on a change of headgear (eyeshields and hood) and much-reduced mark doing the trick.
Three-time course winner last year who was below form having been unable to get his way out in front when sixth of 8 over C&D (10/1) 3 months ago. Others stronger and a wide draw is far from helpful.
Knocking on the door with a couple of runner-up efforts at Chelmsford in recent weeks (bumped into a couple of thriving rivals). Just out of the handicap but looks a likely player once more back at this track (dual C&D winner last year).

Charlie Mason (1/1), Binadham (5/1), Toolatetonegotiate (13/2), Brazilian Belle (15/2), Dark Kestrel (8/1), Over Spiced (8/1), Jojo Rabbit (16/1), Candy Warhol (20/1), Buraback (25/1), Megaphone (100/1)
BURABACK has bumped into a couple of thriving rivals the last twice and this looks a good opportunity for Derek Shaw's 7-y-o to go a place better from marginally out of the weights. Dark Kestrel and Toolatetonegotiate are sure to be doing their best work late, but Charlie Mason may emerge as the main danger dropping back to the minimum trip.
