Off the mark at Wolverhampton in January on handicap/all-weather debut after 5 months off, then followed up in a higher grade at Lingfield 14 days ago. Up 4 lb but limit on this surface may not have been reached.

Gelding operation sparked back-to-back wins at Lingfield in December and has shaped well both starts in defeat since, left poorly placed given how the race unfolded behind a couple of these back at that venue a fortnight ago. Well worth another chance.

Off the mark at the fourth attempt in a 5f novice at Wolverhampton in February, displaying strength at the finish. Lightly-raced gelding makes his handicap debut and return to 6f certainly no bad thing.

Thriving over the winter, winning 4 times from 5 starts and wasted no time return and wasted no time returning to form when second to Saffron Dandy here a fortnight ago. Like that one, he was seen to good effect on that occasion.
