Winning handicap debut/reappearance at Musselburgh in April. Merely plugged on for sixth of 8 in a handicap over at Catterick (50/1) on stable debut in October. Back down to 1m and capable fresh.
Won an AW maiden in August but limited impact in a brace of handicaps soon after for Simon & Ed Crisford. Return to an artificial surface will suit and market can guide on return for new yard.
Made a promising start to his career last spring and fared better than previously when sixth of 11 at this C&D (28/1) in February on return from 7 months off. Cheekpieces go on.
Lightly raced in recent times and basically tumbling in the weights without looking ready to take advantage.
Finally off the mark in maiden company over 1m in January, Has his quirks and fitted with cheekpieces, he failed to settle over 1¼m last time. Back at 1m.
Returned from a 9-month absence in excellent form, winning over 7f here (8/1) 18 days ago after a string of placed efforts. Another excellent second back here a week later and another bold bid forthcoming back up in trip from the same mark.
Off the mark in a 7f course handicap last summer. Looked rusty after 5 months off (had breathing operation in the interim) at Wolverhampton last month and he may build on that.
Consistent performer in handicaps who was second of 12 at this C&D (15/2) in January. Fifth of 12 over 7f here (11/1) 18 days ago and he's likely to give his running again back up in trip.
Returned to form when fourth of 7 over 11f here in January but well held twice since, latterly down at 7f on debut for John Butler, Cheekpieces removed.
Big-price winner over C&D in January but usual habit of blowing the start in evidence when never competitive last month.
Added to tally at Lingfield (1m) in January and shaped as though still in good form when placed twice since. Has moved to John Butler and is one to consider back over 1m.
Triple winner on turf during the middle part of 2025 but seems to have lost her way, finishing last of 12 in a handicap at Wolverhampton (18/1) in February. First run for new trainer and back down significantly in trip.

Forecasts
King Of York (10/3), Camino Del Ray (9/2), Ernie's Valentine (5/1), Rising Force (11/2), Hachiman (17/2), Soames Forsyte (10/1), Gennadius (12/1), Age Of Baroque (16/1), Spirit Catcher (16/1), Alpine Oasis (16/1), Phaedra (28/1), It's Only Fun (40/1)
KING OF YORK has returned from a 9-month absence in excellent order, winning over 7f here 18 days ago before another solid effort a week later. He's holding his form very well so looks the answer back up in trip. Conversely, Rising Force drops down in distance and is a definite threat starting out for a new yard, while Camino Del Ray takes a slight drop in class.

- Rising Force11/2
