62,000 gns yearling, Mehmas filly. Half-sister to 1m winner Dream Angel. Dam, unraced, closely related to smart 9f-15f winner Gifts of Gold. Newcomer from more than capable yard. Worth a second look in the betting.

Bred to be useful but needed debut experience and still green when well held third of 6 in maiden at Newcastle (7.1f, 7/2) 43 days ago, reared leaving stalls and slowly away. Could be worth another chance.

Showed more than first time up when sixth of 11 in novice at Kempton (7f, 100/1) 16 days ago. Kieran Shoemark takes over in the saddle but she's likely a filly for the longer term.

€150,000 yearling, No Nay Never filly. Finished modest fourth of 10 in maiden (16/1) at Chelmsford City (7f) on debut 22 days ago. Likely to improve given her pedigree.

Made little appeal on paper and ran to only a modest level when fifth of 9 in novice (250/1) at this C&D on debut 21 days ago.

Finished runner-up in back-to-back maidens at Wolverhampton for Owen Burrows, latterly over 6f when no match for strong favourite. Should appreciate stepping back up to 7f on first start for new yard.

Territories filly offered something to work on when staying-on third of 9 in maiden at Chelmsford City (7f, 20/1) on debut 22 days ago. In good hands and should improve.

38,000 gns yearling, Blame filly. Half-sister to winner up to 7f Atsana and 7f/1m winner Ashiktash, both in France. Probably one for the future, unless betting suggests otherwise on racecourse bow.

Forecasts

Safe Harbor (18/5), Silenciosa (4/1), Ritaal (4/1), Pendella (9/2), Emilia Casanova (9/1), Dance Fantasy (10/1), Ada Rose (10/1), Power Of Chora (25/1), Let Her Go (28/1), Helga (28/1), Karisma's Angel (28/1), No Drama Mama (40/1), Lihou Lady (66/1), Untilwemeetagain (250/1)

Verdict

SAFE HARBOR showed something to work on when third on debut at Chelmsford last month and with improvement expected, she gets a tentative vote ahead of Emilia Casanova who is bred to be useful and could be worth another chance following a very slow start last time. Ritaal should appreciate the step back up to 7f on first start for new yard, while Let Her Go can improve second time up. Any support for the newcomers should be noted in a winnable novice.
