Off the mark over fences in a weak event at Lingfield in February but proved that no fluke with a good third at Leicester next time out. Returns to hurdling on her first start since leaving Noel Williams.

Opened her hurdles account at Ayr in March and may have followed up next time if not for a final-flight unseat. Lacklustre display returning from 4 months at Perth last time, though, so bounce back is required.

Bumper winner here in 2023 and though seemingly not the easiest to train since, he ran about as well as he ever has over hurdles when third of 8 in a novice hurdle (11/2) at this course (16.2f, good) 27 days ago. Opening mark looks workable.

Much improved for new yard at the beginning of 2024, easily winning heavy-ground handicaps at Carlisle (17f) and Ayr (20.5f). Made the track only twice last season and without much success, so probably best watched after further 9 months off.

Has acquitted himself well this year but was fortunate to gain a fourth C&D success in a 4-runner handicap in June, left in lead after leader blundered the last. Perhaps unsuited by conditions here last time and he can give another good account.

Off for nearly 2 years prior to last season but proved he retains ability, making the frame on 3 of his 4 starts. Should give a decent account but probably summed up by mark after 8 months off.

Winner at Sedgefield in February and coped well with the greater emphasis on stamina when notching a second victory of the season at Cartmel (22.1f, heavy) 109 days ago. Up another 5 lb but he has to be respected.

Unlucky not to cash in on a reduced mark on stable debut here in June, a final flight blunder handing the race to Les's Legacy. Disappointing at Perth after, though, and eyecovers now go on.

Runner-up in an Irish point was much improved on his second handicap hurdle start when winning 16-runner handicap hurdle at Ayr (24.3f, heavy). Still unexposed and is shortlisted after 8 months off. Cheekpieces worn that time discarded.

Hooded when opening hurdles account in Musselburgh maiden (2½m, good to soft) in February. Worryingly poor since, though, failing to revive after a wind-op at Perth last time. Hard to fancy.

Placed twice in the spring and shaped as if retaining ability before a lack of fitness seemed to tell at Wetherby (24.1f, good to firm, 8/1) 23 days ago. Should come on for the run and is respected.

Made it third time lucky in Irish points in April and showed significantly more ability when runner-up in a 8-runner novice hurdle at this course (16.2f, soft, 80/1) 35 days ago. Opening mark has suffered as a result but she's an interesting handicap newcomer.

Fellow last-time-out winner Rioja Alta is most feared, whilst veteran Romeo Brown still appeals as on a handy mark and showed enough at Wetherby to suggest he could prove competitive with race fitness now under his belt.
