Dawn Approach gelding who returned to something like his best when opening his account in 8-runner handicap at this course (7.2f, good to firm) 41 days ago, quickening to lead close home and ultimately doing it cosily. Bold follow-up bid could be on the cards on the back of a 3 lb rise.
Kept busy this in recent months, capitalising on the drop in grade to double his career tally in 8-runner handicap at Ripon (8f, good to firm) 24 days ago, better placed than most. 2 lb nudge up in the weights does demand that bit more now, though.
Made a winning start for this yard in a 9f Musselburgh seller last autumn but essentially lost her way this year, struggling some way out when last of 10 in handicap at Carlisle (7.8f, soft) 10 days ago.
Lightly-raced maiden who posted just about his best effort yet, albeit without threatening the front pair when third of 10 in handicap at Newcastle (7.1f, 10/1) 8 days ago. Arrives completely unexposed at 1m and surprise where he not capable of better given connections.
Yet another on a roll for this stable, making it 4 wins from his last 5 starts when taking 14-runner handicap at this course (7.2f, good to soft) on Thursday. Cheekpieces go back on returned to 1m and he's a big player once more.
Course regular who ended a long losing run over 10f in August and possibly found race coming too soon after 7 days off when fifth of 6 in handicap over same C&D 32 days ago. Has the ability to play his part from revised mark but he's not the most reliable.
Winner at Redcar in June. Creditable 3½ lengths fourth of 14 to Dwindling Funds in handicap (17/2) at this course (7.2f, good to soft) on Thursday. Return to 1m promises to be in her favour on that evidence and she's not out of things.
Placed in bumper/modest hurdler. Poor form on Flat over various trips this year, last of 10 in handicap at Hamilton (6f, good to soft) 16 days ago. Significantly back up in trip. Very hard to make a case for.
More miss than hit this season but turned in one of his best efforts of the campaign from his basement mark when second of 11 in handicap (18/1) at Catterick (7f, good to firm) 10 days ago, finishing well. This is more demanding however from 5 lb out of the weights.

Dwindling Funds (5/6), Native Honey (4/1), Quiet Resolve (7/1), We've Got This (8/1), Cisco Disco (9/1), Thats My Boy Luke (9/1), Mister Invincible (16/1), Perfidia (16/1), Desert Dream (22/1), Bint Al Karama (40/1), Liberty Flame (100/1)
NATIVE HONEY arrives having shed the maiden tag in pretty cosy fashion over 7f here 6 weeks ago, leaving the impression that a 3 lb rise looks fair and he can prove the point and land this prize for Jim Goldie for the second consecutive season. Dwindling Funds, who was successful over shorter here yesterday and Mister Invincible are others fancied to be in the shake up.
