Victor Ludorum colt improved when fourth in a hot 18-runner nursery at York (7f, good to firm, 28/1) 23 days ago. Found only a trio of last-time-out winners too good there and he's a player back in this strong maiden despite conceding weight all round.
Ghaiyyath colt. Debut form worked out well and he stepped up himself when third of 12 in maiden at Goodwood (7f, good) in August. Spurned a good opportunity when only second of 4 at Epsom 3 weeks ago but sets a good standard on overall form.
Too Darn Hot gelding. Sales price went down at 2 yrs and shaped as if in need of time and distance when twelfth of 13 in novice at Thirsk (7f, good, 33/1) on debut 29 days ago.
Mehmas filly finished third after being sent off favourite for a valuable Newmarket maiden over 6f on debut and ran to similar level when runner-up in an Ascot novice at the same trip 2 weeks later. Place claims.
Ardad filly. Plenty of promise when third of 10 in novice at Newmarket (7f, good to firm) on debut 22 days ago and she should have more to offer.
Far Above colt. Very green when seventh of 9 in maiden at Lingfield (5f, good, 25/1) on debut. Off 94 days. Significantly up in trip. Needs to leave debut form well behind.
Sergei Prokofiev filly. Knew her job on debut when third of 5 in maiden here (7.6f) but already looked in need of a step up in trip when sixth of 7 in novice (17/2) at Newmarket (7f, good) 29 days ago. Remains open to improvement but likely wants further.
Foaled February 21. 10,000 gns yearling, Territories filly. Half-sister to winner up to 6f Spanish Angel. Dam maiden (stayed 1m). Best watched making debut in strong race.
Foaled February 21. Tasleet filly. Dam unraced. Not an obvious type to make a winning debut on paper.

Forecasts
Ghost Mode (5/4), Wild Dahlia (2/1), Enamorus (9/2), Advance Twentyfive (8/1), Far Too Fizzy (28/1), Bright City Lights (33/1), Emerald Coast (33/1), Rock Of Destiny (100/1), Steel Fixer (125/1)
GHOST MODE was beaten at odds of 1/3 at Epsom last time but is worth another chance given the strength of his form at Kempton and Goodwood. Wild Dahlia showed ability on her debut at Newmarket and appeals as a likely improver for William Haggas, whilst Advance Twentyfive should also be in the mix on the back of a fine run in a strong York nursery.
