125,000 gns foal, €145,000 yearling, Mehmas colt. Half-brother to 11.6f winner Campese and 1½m winner Nobody Told Me. Dam, 1½m winner who stayed 1¾m, half-sister to useful 2-y-o 6f winner Soffika. Pedigree points to longer trips, but respected for leading connections.

Shaped quite well behind a useful sort on debut but not been seen to best effect when fifth of 9 in maiden at Haydock (7f, good) last month, unable to sustain effort having been hampered early. Can get back on track.
Remains a maiden after 8 Flat runs. 15/2, proved at least as good as ever when second of 10 in maiden at Newbury (6f, good to firm) 12 days ago. Makes tapeta debut. Should be bang there.
Failed to improve from debut when fourth of 7 in novice (28/1) at Doncaster (6f, good to firm) just over 2 weeks ago. Will be of more interest in handicaps after this.
50/1, fared no better than on debut when sixth of 8 in maiden at Wolverhampton (7.2f) 7 days ago. Will make very little appeal this side of handicaps.
125/1, again offered little when eighth of 9 in novice at Redcar (7f, good to firm) 18 days ago. Another who makes minimal appeal this side of handicaps.
Advertise filly. Half-sister to several winners, including useful 6f-1¼m winner Don't Be and winner up to 6f Star Citizen. Dam 2-y-o 4.5f/5.5f winner.
Remains a maiden after 8 Flat runs. Ran well when second of 12 in handicap (20/1) at this C&D 16 days ago, keeping on after baulked approaching final 1f. Capable of going one better before long.

Grey Jaguar (13/8), Wild Clary (7/4), Maximising (7/2), Titian Blue (4/1), Fierce Fortitude (6/1), Ziggy's Angel (20/1), Havana Miss (80/1), Lilac Wood (100/1), Fantoccia (150/1)
A few in with a squeak but the vote goes to WILD CLARY, who has been knocking on the door of late and Richard Hannon's charge can put his experience to good use and go one better than at Newbury 12 days prior. Kevin Philippart de Foy has a couple of leading fancies, and his Maximising can edge out newcomer Fierce Fortitude for second. Titian Blue and Grey Jaguar are both worthy of a mention, too.
