Moira Express⁹⁵

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Aidan Keeley| T: R Varian

4/1

Finished last of 4 in a novice race at Newmarket on debut (7/2) 95 days ago, running green and showing scant promise on debut. Step up to 6f may help and she was clearly thought capable of much better by her leading yard.

Form: 4

(5)

Piazza^h⁵²

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Billy Loughnane| T: Ollie Sangster| BF

4/1

Stepped up on debut form when third of 6 at Chepstow (7/4) 52 days ag, still green despite addition of a hood. Needs to settle better to realise potential.

Form: 43

(9)

Sara Moon²⁹

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Rob Hornby| T: R Hughes| OR: 74

13/2

Showed promise when second of 5 in novice at Lingfield (11/1) but failed to repeat that effort when last of 5 at Yarmouth (6/1) 29 days ago. Back over 6f and she should be a factor at this level.

Form: 625

(3)

The Prettiest Star

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: K Shoemark| T: E Walker

15/8

Foaled February 24. Starman filly. Second foal, half-sister to useful 1m winner Elamaz out of smart 7f winner Emiyna, won Athasi Stakes and runner-up in Desmond Stakes. Very likely type on paper.

Forecasts

The Prettiest Star (15/8), Piazza (4/1), Ar Diddy Dum Dum (4/1), Moira Express (4/1), Sara Moon (13/2), Lady Lysandra (20/1), Gloriola (50/1), Lc Tiffen (500/1), Independent Angel (500/1)

THE PRETTIEST STAR ticks plenty of boxes on paper and starting out at an ordinary level, she may well be up to the task on debut. Ar Diddy Dum Dum has displayed ability both starts and is the obvious alternative, though it wouldn't be a major surprise were Moira Express to show a lot more this time.
