Capable of smart form, as shown when second at big odds in Group 2 at Chester last month. However, even his very best efforts are some way off the required standard here.
Very smart miler for Chad Brown in America, including a reappearance win in a Grade 1 at Keeneland in April. Sold afterwards and has his first start for his new Australia-based trainer here.
Back to form with a bang as a 4-y-o, winning a Doncaster listed race and Group 2 Sandown Mile this spring. Even better when edged out by Lead Artist in the Group 1 Lockinge at Newbury since. Should give his running but suspicion he'll find at least one too strong again.
Has come up short in 3 previous attempts at Group 1 company but he looked an improved performer when ending his 3-y-o season with Group 3 and Group 2 wins at Leopardstown. No surprise were he to make more of an impact at the highest level as a 4-y-o.
Won the Britannia at 2023 Royal Ascot and excellent second to Charyn in this last year. As good as ever when chasing home Sardinian Warrior in C&D listed race on reappearance and also a respectable third in Epsom Group 3 since. Suspicion he'll do well to match last year's placing, though.
Second in last year's Commonwealth Cup at this meeting and proved his stamina for a longer trip when bagging a very valuable pot over 7.5f in Australia in November. Caught too far back in Franch Group 3 on reappearance, doing enough to suggest he retains his ability.
Bounced back from Sandown reappearance flop with a bang when edging out Dancing Gemini (Rosallion third and Notable Speech fourth) in Group 1 Lockinge at Newbury (1m, firm) last month. This stiffer 1m here could suit him even better.
Winner of the 2000 Guineas at Newmarket (beat Rosallion) and Sussex Stakes at Goodwood as a 3-y-o. Shaped as if retaining all his ability when 2½ lengths fourth of 8 to Lead Artist in Lockinge at Newbury (1m, firm) on reappearance 31 days ago. Looks sure to go well.
Won first 4 starts, including a C&D listed race and the Group 2 Summer Mile on the round course here. Also made all in a Longchamp listed race on reappearance but came up short at Group 1 level on his final 2 outings last year and needs to prove he can do it in top company.
High-class colt who chased home Notable Speech in 2000 Guineas last year before winning Irish 2000 Guineas at Curragh and St James's Palace at this meeting. Not seen again until third in the Lockinge at Newbury (1m, firm), leaving the impression the outing was just needed. Should be spot on now.

Rosallion (5/2), Notable Speech (4/1), Lead Artist (5/1), Dancing Gemini (6/1), Sardinian Warrior (7/1), Carl Spackler (15/2), Docklands (14/1), Lake Forest (14/1), Diego Velazquez (14/1), Quddwah (16/1), Cairo (100/1)
Last month's Lockinge looks the key piece of form. ROSALLION and Notable Speech were behind Lead Artist and Dancing Gemini in that but left the impression their first outings of the season were needed. It was a particularly encouraging effort from Rosallion considering it was his first outing since winning the St James's Palace on this day last year and he can build on that and land a fourth success at the highest level.
