Kodi Bear filly who was steadily progressive in 3 starts for Craig Lidster, equipped with a tongue strap when staying on third in a Beverley novice (5f) in September. Open to further improvement now handicapping for new yard and she's bred to be suited by this trip.
Lightly-raced maiden who was quickly back to form when fourth of 9 in handicap at Newcastle (7.1f) 28 days ago, doing well to finish where he did having been left poorly placed. Eased 2 lb ahead of this and he's worth a second look back on turf.
Fair maiden who ran well when third on nursery debut at York (6f) in July. Not in same form either start thereafter last summer but he's not one to write off starting out on his 3-y-o campaign down in class.
Belardo gelding who ran best race when runner-up on handicap debut at Lingfield (7f) in March. Seemed to find the drop back to a sprint trip catching him out when fourth at Newcastle (6f) 16 days ago and this rates more suitable on turf debut. One to consider.
Winner at Redcar (6f) last June but never figured in pair of nurseries thereafter and fared no better after 6 months off when eleventh of 13 in handicap (66/1) at Southwell (8.1f) 24 days ago. Cheekpieces on 1st time
Runner-up on 2 of her 3 starts in novice/maidens but ended her 2-y-o campaign out of sorts and fared no better on return when last of 10 in handicap at Nottingham (8.3f, good, 22/1) 17 days ago. Blinkers on 1st time and she has it to prove.
Oasis Dream gelding who didn't look an easy ride on return from 8 months off when last of 12 on handicap debut at Beverley (7.4f, good to soft) 10 days ago. Hood/cheekpieces reached for now and others more persuasive.
Lightly-raced maiden who went close on second try in handicaps at Southwell (7f) in November. However, couldn't replicate that at Newcastle a month later and similarly below best after 4 months off when ninth of 11 in handicap (13/2) at Wolverhampton (7.2f) 21 days ago.
Bated Breath gelding who found some improvement back from an absence when third of 11 in handicap at Wolverhampton (7.2f) 21 days ago. Feasible to think there could be more to come with that run under his belt.
Winner at Newcastle (7f) in January and best effort since when runner-up over that track/trip last month. Shaped as if amiss when last of 6 on latest run over 1m but he's a like candidate to bounce back returned to turf.
Not without promise in handful of novice/maidens during the winter and he showed improved back at this more suitable trip when fifth of 12 on handicap debut at Wolverhampton (7.2f) 46 days ago. On a workable mark if brushing up the tardy starts.
Lightly-raced maiden. 20/1 and cheekpieces on for 1st time, creditable sixth of 12 in nursery at Newcastle (6f) in October. Needs to find some improvement on return to action.
Finally off the mark in 12-runner handicap at Newcastle (7f) in March but seemed anchored by the rise in weights when creditable fifth of 12 in handicap at Yarmouth (1m, good to firm) 21 days ago. Return to 7f rates a likely plus.

Francis Drake (4/1), Atomic Mass (11/2), Tarlac (13/2), Yehudi (13/2), Sherlock (8/1), Miakoda (8/1), Rogue Dynasty (8/1), Pearly Squirrel (10/1), Dovey Moon (11/1), Queen Of Good News (12/1), Bantz (16/1), Eighteen Fourteen (18/1), Miss Cast (28/1), Vesperado (66/1)
Plenty in with chances but PEARLY SQUIRREL goes handicapping from what could well prove a lenient mark and, very much bred to be suited by this step up in trip, she could be worth chancing before market clues on debut for the Ivan Furtado stable. Francis Drake will appreciate the return to 7f on turf debut and he's feared. Yehudi, Tarlac and Bantz complete the shortlist.
