Twice-raced maiden. 40/1, last of 6 in novice at Haydock (1m, heavy) 10 days ago. Probably more a handicap prospect after this.

This New Bay colt cost a hefty €285,000 at the breeze-ups so he's a very interesting contender, particularly if the betting vibes are strong.

Fair form when placed in maiden/novice events over 1¼m on heavy ground at Goodwood and Pontefract in recent weeks. Shouldn't be too far away under Loughnane.

32,000 gns Masar half-sister to 3 winners, including useful winner up to 13f Sea King and 1m-10.3f winner Rival. Dam winner up to 1¾m (2-y-o 7f winner). Would be a fitting winner of this given her owner. Interesting to see how she compares in the betting to Novelista.
