C&D winner who went close a couple of times this summer but on a long losing run and faces a stiff task here.
Successful return at Naas but below that form in 3 runs since and needs a return to his very best. Good fifth after a slow start in this in 2022 but taken off his feet early and well held 12 months ago.
Successful return in the Abernant at Newmarket but no match for Bradsell in Group 1s the last twice and likely to come up short again.
Dual winner over 5f at York this year and seen to best effect and ran well again there when ¾-length third to Bradsell in the Nunthorpe. Good efforts on his travels in the US and Dubai and wouldn't dismiss.
Won the Temple Stakes at Haydock in May and has continued in good form, beaten 3 lengths in fourth by Bradsell at the Curragh 3 weeks ago. Held in this last year and he'll likely need a career best to come out on top.
Useful 3-y-o who scored at Rome in March and was in the thick of a tight finish in Group 3 over C&D 3 weeks ago. A lot more need now racing at the top level for the first time.
Has won 5f handicaps at Goodwood and Hamilton this year, posting a tremendous display as he tore apart 14 rivals in the latter. Back to form when sixth to Bradsell at the Curragh 3 weeks ago, beaten 3½ lengths, but that highlights the task he faces here.
Did well on his travels last autumn, third in this and the Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint. Successful at Naas in May and should have come on for his first run since here 3 weeks ago. Wouldn't dismiss in re-fitted blinkers.
Britain's top sprinter unbeaten in 3 starts this season, tanking through the race and seeing off Believing to take the Group 1 Nunthorpe and Flying Five the last twice. Usual rider has finished 1st and 4th on her 2 previous rides in this and everything looks in place for a big run.
Useful sort who was fifth in this last year and good placed efforts this season behind Starlust at York and when third in the remarkable close finish in Group 3 over C&D 3 weeks ago (Grand Grey fourth). Tongue tie/cheekpieces worn then left off, with blinkers now tried.
Smart mare who ran well in C&D Group 3 in May and won at Sandown in July. Good run behind Bradsell and Believing at the Curragh last time but more needed back here having been sixth last year.
Useful filly who scored at Chantilly in June. Right in the mix in the bunched finish in Group 3 over C&D 3 weeks ago but plenty more on her plate now.
3-y-o filly who only made her debut in March but has had a great campaign, shaping one of the best in the bunched finish here 3 weeks ago before notching up a sixth win in Newbury Group 3. Scored at Deauville under this rider in August and wouldn't dismiss.
Smart filly who has had a fantastic year, winning at Haydock and the Curragh and running fine races in second behind Bradsell the last twice, finishing off strongly both times. Leading claims.
Lightly-raced maiden who ran a screamer in the Mill Reef a fortnight ago but some feat if he were to open his account in this.
Fairly useful filly who has won 3 times over 5f in her first season and ran well with 6f stretching her at Ayr last time. Surely biting off more than she can chew in this despite getting weight all round.

Forecasts
Bradsell (6/4), Believing (7/2), Starlust (6/1), Kerdos (12/1), Makarova (14/1), No Half Measures (18/1), Grand Grey (20/1), Desperate Hero (25/1), Washington Heights (25/1), Aesop's Fables (25/1), Rogue Lightning (33/1), Mgheera (40/1), Englemere (50/1), Moss Tucker (50/1), La Bellota (66/1), Batwan (150/1)
BRADSELL has cemented his position as Britain's top sprinter with dominant victories in the Nunthorpe and Flying Five the last twice and can remain unbeaten for the season. His old foe Believing might have to settle for silver again, while Aesop's Fables and Starlust have solid place claims at the very least.
