7/2

Again finished well held when sixth of 8 in novice at Thirsk (8f, good to firm, 80/1) 26 days ago, merely passing beaten rivals. Visored for his handicap debut and could prove an entirely different proposition for his red-hot yard.

Form: 676

Forecasts

Force Of Honour (7/2), Gentle Warrior (7/2), Aleishka (9/2), Capricorn King (7/1), Mavetheforcebewivu (8/1), Gungnir (9/1), Dark Rainbow (9/1), Born Too Run (14/1), Capturethemoment (40/1), Heartened (150/1)

FORCE OF HONOUR showed much improved form ridden from the front when second at Newcastle earlier this month and a repeat could be enough for Craig Lidster's filly to go one better. Second choice is Gentle Warrior, who has offered little in his qualifying runs but could prove a different proposition fitted with a visor now heading down the nursery route. Mavetheforcebewivu and Aleishka can fight out third.
