Low-mileage 4-y-o who made a winning start for new trainer James Fanshawe at Newcastle (10.2f) in May and backed that up with good fourth over same C&D since. Worth a try over this longer trip and must enter calculations.
Useful performer in France who was successful 3 times in 2022. Yet to score in 7 attempts for current yard but is falling down the weights and ran with credit over a shorter trip at Hamilton latest.
Ended time with Adrian Keatley with creditable fifth of 14 in handicap (33/1) at Newcastle (16.2f) 20 days ago but doesn't look especially well treated on debut for new connections here.
Found some improvement when bagging back-to-back handicaps (at up to 13.8f) in September and closed off 2023 campaign with a solid second at York. Yet to quite reach same level this term but return to longer trip very much in her favour here.
Won this event (off same mark) 12 months ago and arrives on back of creditable second of 6 in handicap at Hamilton (12.1f, good) 17 days ago, conceding first run. Big player.
Found improvement when scoring at Lingfield (11.6f) last month and only narrowly failed to follow up in Nottingham handicap (14f, good to firm) 22 days ago. 2 lb higher now but looks sure to give another good account.
Useful at his peak for Roger Varian and back to form for new yard last month, scoring over this trip at Thirsk. Far from disgraced over shorter at York since and remains feasibly treated.
Fairly useful winner over hurdles who found improvement in this sphere when second of 14 in handicap at Newcastle (12.4f) 20 days ago, albeit no match for winner. This is tougher but he remains low mileage on the level.
