Three wins from 14 runs this year. Respectable third of 22 in handicap at York (6f, soft, 22/1) 28 days ago, first home in group. Likeable sort can give a good account without posing serious threat to principals.
Latest win at York in May. 22/1, shaped as if still in form when seventh of 22 in handicap there (6f, soft) 28 days ago, nearest finish. Drawn higher than ideal but not fully discounted.
Latest win at Chester in September. Probably unsuited by drop in trip when fifth of 8 in handicap (4/1) there (5.1f, heavy) 42 days ago. Frame claims.
Latest win at Goodwood in October. Good second of 9 in handicap at Kempton (6f, 17/2) 10 days ago, nearest finish. Makes tapeta debut. Expected to be bang there.
Course winner. 3 wins from 11 runs this year. Career best when winning 10-runner handicap (6/1) at Doncaster (7f, heavy) 14 days ago, always holding on. This looks tougher from 3 lb higher mark but shouldn't be dismissed.
C&D winner. Latest win at Doncaster in April. Last of 22 in handicap at York (6f, soft, 33/1) 28 days ago. Not easy to make a case for on recent efforts.
Won all 3 starts in 2022 and ran well again when fourth of 10 in handicap at Lingfield (8f, AW, 10/3). Remains unexposed and is very interestig dropping back in trip after 7-month absence.
Resumed winning ways at Southwell (6f) in September but not quite been in same form either start since, albeit poorly drawn on both occasions. Return to all-weather may help him bounce back.
Three wins from 11 runs this year. Latest win at Goodwood in August. 10/3, creditable head second of 11 to Gisburn in handicap at Goodwood (6f, soft) 27 days ago. Enters calculations.
Won at Chester and Ascot in September but has been well below his best on his last 2 outings. Others are more persuasive.

Forecasts
Brewing (10/3), Bielsa (10/3), Gisburn (5/1), Zip (6/1), Gweedore (9/1), Monsieur Kodi (11/1), Roman Dragon (12/1), Gulliver (14/1), Magical Spirit (22/1), Call Me Ginger (33/1)
GISBURN has fewer miles on the clock this season than most of his rivals and has been proving as good as ever this autumn, so he looks the one to beat ahead of Monsieur Kodi, who finished only a head behind the selection when they met at Goodwood last month. Brewing rates as an interesting runner dropping back to 6f for only his fifth career start and could well prove capable of better.
