22/1

Ninth of 12 in handicap at Newcastle (6f, 28/1) 23 days ago. Yet to reproduce the level of form he showed in a couple or runs for Godolphin at 2 yrs, but dangerous to discount off this reduced mark.

Forecasts

Bluebells Boy (2/1), Last Date (9/2), Golden Moon (6/1), Navy Drums (15/2), My Sand Boy (15/2), Nemorum (8/1), Grey Daze (12/1), Star Map (14/1), Blue Curacao (16/1), Dresden Green (20/1), Higher Law (22/1)

With his yard among the winners of late, HIGHER LAW should be worth chancing in an open-looking race. He wasn't beaten far when fifth on debut for Kevin Frost at Doncaster in June and, though well below that level since, the handicapper has given him a chance. Bluebells Boy is an obvious threat on the back of a solid effort here last week, while Golden Moon and Last Date are others to consider.
