Thirteenth of 14 in maiden (20/1) at Meydan (7f, good). Off 100 days and significantly up in trip on debut for new yard/handicap now. Probably best watched on this occasion.

Winner at Nottingham in April. Fourth of 5 in handicap (2/1) at Nottingham (10.2f, heavy) 18 days ago. No obvious excuses for that rather disappointing display but she's a player judged on success at the same course last month.

Thrice-raced maiden. 33/1, first run since leaving Ralph Beckett when last of 7 in minor event at Southwell (8.1f) 54 days ago. Up in trip and worth a second look in the betting now handicapping.

Last of 6 in handicap at Yarmouth (10.1f, soft, 10/1) 35 days ago. Made the frame all 5 starts on the AW this year prior to that, including over this trip on polytrack here in March, and it's too early to assume that he's not effective on turf.

Thrice-raced maiden. Fifth of 10 in minor event (80/1) at Kempton (7f) on final 2-y-o start, inadequate test. This step up in trip promises to suit now that she goes down the handicap route but a sizeable step forward is needed.

Ninth of 10 in handicap at Southwell (8.1f, 16/1) 19 days ago. Possibilities if able to reproduce the form of his effort on the AW here in March when a close third behind Ectocross and Smooth Ryder.

Winner here in March. Eighth of 12 in handicap (7/2) at Salisbury (9.9f, good to soft) 26 days ago. The handicapper has quickly relented, now 2 lb lower than when narrowly seeing off Smooth Ryder and Corporate Raider over C&D in March, so unwise to rule him out.

ROYAL DREAM stepped up on his 2-y-o exploits when a never-nearer fourth in a 1m Southwell handicap on his return in a first-time tongue strap (retained) earlier this month. This step up in trip promises to prompt further improvement and he gets the nod ahead of Kamanika, who will be a threat if able to bounce back from a below-par effort last time. Smooth Ryder has failed to fire both previous starts on turf but he faces fast ground for the first time here and merits respect.
