Bright start when making it 2-3 in maiden/novice company (at 6f) last summer. Possibly needed the run when third on return/handicap debut at Newcastle (6f) 4 weeks ago and no surprise to see him sharper for that here.

Two wins from 5 runs last year. 10/1, good fifth of 11 in handicap at Kempton (6f) 24 days ago, ridden over 2f out and keeping on. Now operating 4 lb below last winning mark so certainly no forlorn hope.

Latest win at Newmarket (6f) in July. Ended last turf campaign with a below par display back at that venue in September but he's gone well following a break previously, so interesting what the market makes of him on return.

Improved leaps and bounds this winter, defying a hefty rise in weights with plenty to spare at Wolverhampton (6f) on penultimate start. Lost little caste in defeat behind another thriving sort over C&D 5 days ago and he's in the mix again.

Bright start for new yard, back to winning ways over C&D in December and went in again at Lingfield (7f) 2 starts back. No extra late on over that trip at Wolverhampton latest and he's another credible candidate back at 6f.

Latest win over 5f here in January. 11/1, very good second of 7 in handicap at this course (5f) 7 days ago, headed post. Clearly in rude health at present but both career victories gained at 5f.
