Continued his progression with wins in Dubai and Bahrain earlier in the year but well beaten in competitive handicaps on his last couple of starts, latest in Bunbury Cup at Newmarket 5 weeks ago. Can bounce back in calmer waters today.
Won big-field 7f handicaps at York and Ascot 2 years ago and back in form of late, turning in his best effort of the season and unlucky not to go closer still when fifth at latter track 3 weeks ago. On a good mark so one to look out for.
Unable to make any sort of impact at Royal Ascot (left poorly placed) but back in much calmer waters, ran well to comfortably see off the remainder when runner-up at Doncaster last month. Similar form when third at Goodwood since so he's on the shortlist back down to his last winning mark.
Back to winning ways in 7f handicap at Ffos Las last month but has struggled on his last couple of starts, well held in Stewards' Cup (fractious at the start) at Goodwood a fortnight ago. Others make more appeal.
Long time without a win but returned to form from out of the blue sporting first-time cheekpieces when runner-up at Salisbury 16 days ago, arguably unlucky not to win given he conceded first run. Major player provided the headgear works just as well today.
Dual 6f winner in 2021 who put a couple of below-par efforts behind him when runner-up at Goodwood a fortnight ago, proving himself effective at this trip in the process. Each-way claims once again from an unchanged mark.

Dance Fever (11/4), Documenting (7/2), Fivethousandtoone (4/1), Silent Film (11/2), Gisburn (11/2), United Front (8/1), Able Kane (10/1)
The Clive Cox/Adam Kirby combination have teamed up to win this contest for the last couple of years and they could well bring up the hat-trick with DANCE FEVER, who confirmed his return to form at Goodwood last month. Fivethousandtoone rates a major danger provided the cheekpieces work just as well second time up, while Documenting is another who's fancied to go well.
