Verdict

The unexposed ROGUE BEAR makes plenty of appeal on the back of his decisive C&D success 3 weeks ago, for which a 6 lb rise is hardly draconian. He is seemingly versatile ground-wise and further progress is on the cards. Gainsbourg has won two of his last three starts and should give a good account, but bigger threats may be posed by Urban Violet and Mostawaa.
