Promising start to his career when third in a 6f Newmarket novice last month, just lacking for know-how at the business end of the race. Will be wiser this time and looks set for a leading role.
Encouraging introduction when fourth of 11 over 7f here in July. Possibly unsuited by testing conditions at Goodwood next time and well worth another chance to build on his debut promise.
Foaled February 16. £58,000 yearling. Closely related to 2-y-o 5f winner Izzer. Dam, maiden (stayed 10.5f), half-sister to useful 1¼m winner Coutances. Worth a second look in the betting.
Foaled March 26. 40,000 gns yearling. Closely related to 6f/7f winner Pertinacity and half-brother to several winners, plus dam was successful at 2 yrs. Yard saddled the winner of this race in 2019.
Green but showed clear signs of ability on Salisbury debut in June. However, failed to build on that next time and it now looks as though he's more one for nurseries later on.
Went without declared tongue strap, headgear which is enlisted here, when third behind a couple of previous winners on recent Salisbury debut (6f). Big player with improvement on the cards.
Foaled March 30. Half-sister to numerous winners, including high-class winner up to 7f Overdose and smart performer Majestic Mount. Yard doing well with its 2-y-os this season and market check a must.
Foaled March 20. 9,000 gns yearling, Adaay filly. Half-sister to 2-y-o 6f winner Tilaawah. Limited appeal on paper and best watched on this occasion.

Forecasts
Khanjar (5/4), Captain's Bar (11/4), Dreaming (6/1), Chorus Girl (7/1), Roseberry Topping (10/1), The Mad Monk (20/1), Awesome Lawson (33/1), Stubble Field (80/1)
Eve Johnson Houghton often unleashes her better 2-y-os at Ascot and DREAMING is an intriguing candidate for the yard. He'll need to be pretty decent in order to make a winning debut, with promising types Chrous Girl, Captain's Bar and Khanjar (in that order of preference) in opposition, but he will be very appealing if the market vibes are upbeat. Roseberry Topping is another interesting newcomer.
