Back from France with a solid third over 1m here in June but hasn't featured in 3 starts since. Up in trip. Needs a return to this venue to help spark a revival.
Eleven runs since last win in 2019. Respectable fifth of 15 in handicap (25/1) at Newbury (1¼m, good) 32 days ago. Mark continues to slide. No surprise were he to play a part.
Consistent 4-y-o who finally shed his maiden tag over C&D in June and made light of a 5 lb rise at Haydock 3 weeks later. Up another 4 lb but still likely to make a bold bid for the hat-trick.
C&D winner. 12/1, fifth of 8 in handicap at Sandown (10f, good to firm) 12 days ago. Back on a workable mark.
Winner at Redcar in June. 12/1, good third of 9 in handicap at Carlisle (9f, good) since. Big player under Oisin Murphy.
Course winner. Latest win at Lingfield in June. 7/1, fifth of 8 in handicap at Chepstow (1½m, good) 24 days ago.
Winner of 7f Haydock novice last July but has failed to make an impact in handicaps since, including on 1m course return. Up in trip.
Lightly-raced maiden. Thirteenth of 14 in handicap at Newbury (1½m, good to soft, 20/1) on reappearance 80 days ago. Too soon to write off but that run leaves him with a bit to prove.
Still a maiden but he was in good form on AW over the winter. Much depends on whether he's ready to roll after 6 months off.
One win from 23 Flat runs. Creditable fourth of 11 in handicap at this course (1m, good to firm, 13/2) 14 days ago, running on. Back up in trip.

GLEN ESK has finally got in the winning habit and is selected to defy the handicapper again and complete a hat-trick. Northern-raider Photograph rates an obvious threat under Oisin Murphy. Sagauteur also makes the shortlist.
