Sixteen runs since last win in 2018 but was in good form over winter with 3 AW seconds. Much depends on whether he's ready to roll after 168 days off.
Belatedly off the mark for this yard in first-time blinkers at Lingfield (6f, good) last month and didn't do much wrong when third at Nottingham (good to firm) next time. Ought to be in the mix.
Made a promising reappearance when second at Ripon in April. Little impact since but mark continues to slide and his stable won the race last year.
Brought the curtain down on a long losing run at Doncaster in March. Hasn't managed to back that up since but cheekpieces on first now and has Tom Marquand doing the steering.
Losing run stretches back to early 2019 and he's struggled in 4 starts since a promising yard debut second at Thirsk (5f) in May.
Three wins in 2020. Handicapper has held the upper hand so far this year but he's back on a winning mark now and always a chance a short break will have perked him up.
Scored at Newcastle in April and good second of 11 in 7f Doncaster handicap (firm) last month. Not disgraced back at Doncaster last time.
On a losing run but he has been consistent of late, finishing runner-up for the third time in succession at Catterick on Wednesday. Likely to give another good account.
Career best when notching a second win of 2021 in 12-runner handicap at Carlisle (6f, good) 15 days ago, coming from off the pace under today's rider Ellie McCain. Up 5 lb.
Course winner. 16/1, respectable fifth of 12 in handicap at Nottingham (6f, good to firm) 7 days ago. Sliding in the weights but need to see more.
Course winner. Back to winning ways in a 14-runner-race at Ripon (6f, good to firm) in June and claims if he can shrug off a lesser run at Pontefract last time.
Fourteen runs since last win in 2019. Eyeshields on first time, ninth of 12 in handicap at Nottingham (6f, good to firm, 5/1) 7 days ago. Tongue strap back on. Needs to step up on recent efforts.
Latest win at Musselburgh in April. Creditable fourth of 14 in handicap (9/2) at Ripon (5f, good to firm) 37 days ago but he has to race from 4 lb out of the handicap here.

Forecasts
Triggered (5/1), Obee Jo (6/1), Lezardrieux (13/2), Dark Shot (13/2), Citron Major (8/1), Gunmetal (9/1), Athollblair Boy (10/1), Mythmaker (12/1), Cool Spirit (14/1), Excessable (18/1), Hurstwood (20/1), Cowboy Soldier (22/1), Royal Prospect (33/1)
A tight sprint in which a chance is taken on LEZARDRIEUX with the Grant Tuer team continuing in fine form. This 4-y-o is one of few from the yard who hasn't fired so far in 2021 but he's back on a winning mark if a short break helps to spark a revival. Triggered and Wednesday's Catterick second Dark Shot head the dangers.
- LEZARDRIEUX
- TRIGGERED (IRE)
