Fourteen runs since last win in 2019. Second in Thirsk handicap on reappearance/yard debut in May but has failed to beat a rival in his 2 outings since.
Fairly useful 2yo who failed to reproduce that level of form in only two outings last year and was last of 10 on his Thirsk reappearance. Has a bit to prove for the time being.
Respectable fifth of 9 in handicap at Nottingham (5f, good to firm, 9/1) 19 days ago, racing closer to pace than ideal. Cheekpieces on first time. Down to a good mark.
Creditable efforts on first 2 outings for new yard but as taken a couple of backwards steps since.
Group 3 winner in his pomp. First sign of retaining any ability for this yard when beaten only 3 lengths into eighth at Newcastle last week but remains to be seen if he can build on it.
Latest win at Newcastle in March. Creditable second at Ripon in May and something can't have been right at Hamilton early last month. Freshened up since.
Eighteen runs since last win in 2020 but he has been in good form of late, keeping on well after a slow start when fifth of 10 at Chester last Saturday. Thereabouts if breaking on terms.
C&D winner. Respectable fifth of 12 in handicap at Newcastle (5f, 12/1) 8 days ago. On a workable mark.
AW novice winner for Richard Hughes last autumn. Weakened after racing freely in the lead in 6f Leicester handicap on return for new yard 9 days ago. Needs to have come on a fair bit.
Bit in hand when resuming winning ways at Catterick (6f, soft) in May and shaped as if still in good form when third at Pontefract since.

Forecasts
East Street Revue (5/2), Dark Shot (10/3), The Bell Conductor (6/1), Obee Jo (13/2), Young Tiger (7/1), Latin Five (8/1), Cowboy Soldier (12/1), Buniann (16/1), Lockdown Latchico (16/1), Freedom Flyer (22/1), Night On Earth (25/1), Koropick (28/1)
LATIN FIVE is better than this season's form figures might imply and is worth chancing from his reduced mark with cheekpieces added. Dark Shot has acquitted himself well on recent starts and ought to be thereabouts if starting better than he did at Chester last week. East Street Revue is well capable from a mark in the 60s and also makes the shortlist.
