Failed to build on previous promise when ninth of 13 in handicap at Chelmsford City (7f, 3/1) 33 days ago. Worth another chance and not taken lightly from this slightly lower mark.

Forecasts

Lequinto (9/4), Tipperary Jack (4/1), Molivaliente (9/2), Little Brown Trout (6/1), Radetsky (13/2), Markazi (11/1), Nirodha (22/1), Unforgiving Minute (33/1), Mr Tyrrell (40/1), Airshow (66/1)

Verdict

TIPPERARY JACK did well to get as close as he did when third at Kempton just under 3 weeks ago, finishing with a flourish having had to be dropped out from the outside draw. This step back up in trip holds no fears and he should go very close. His stablemate Molivaliente could provide the main threat if building on the promise of his penultimate start, ahead of Little Brown Trout.

  1. TIPPERARY JACK (USA)
  2. MOLIVALIENTE (USA)
  3. LITTLE BROWN TROUT
