Bit below form third of 7 in handicap at Newmarket (9f, good, 3/1) 25 days ago. Significantly up in trip and may again find one or two too good.
Career best when winning 8-runner handicap at Southwell (12.1f, 10/3) 14 days ago, keeping on well. 4 lb rise looks very fair indeed and he's high on the shortlist.
Course winner. Latest win at Newmarket in August. 14/1, tenth of 12 in handicap at Chester (14.4f, good) 23 days ago. Opposable on balance.
Thirteenth of 14 in handicap (22/1) at York (10.2f, soft) 10 days ago. Now tried in cheekpieces and will be a danger to all off this reduced mark if the headgear has the desired effect.
15/2, good second of 6 in handicap at Newcastle (12.4f) 18 days ago. Should again have a part to play in the finish off this untouched mark.
C&D winner. 15/2, tenth of 13 in handicap at this C&D 49 days ago. That certainly wasn't one of his better efforts but solid each-way chance if bouncing back.
Three wins from 4 runs this year. Career best when winning 4-runner handicap (1/4) at Southwell (11.1f) in February. Resumes on 8 lb higher mark but he may not be done improving yet. Hood applied.
Thrice-raced maiden. Cheekpieces on for 1st time, eleventh of 14 in handicap at Sandown (10f, good, 5/2) 39 days ago. Back up in trip and needs to get back on track.
Lightly-raced maiden. 5/1, bit below form sixth of 13 in maiden at Chepstow (12f, good to firm) 40 days ago. Makes polytrack/handicap debut and a step forward is required.
Last of 6 in handicap (66/1) at Windsor (11.4f, good to firm). Off 120 days and now tried in cheekpieces. Has work to do.

Forecasts
Durrell (13/8), Dubai Welcome (3/1), Kattani (13/2), Matewan (8/1), Zuba (11/1), Arabian King (12/1), Mandarin (16/1), Alpin King (20/1), Berrahri (50/1), Island Storm (50/1)
Preference is for DURRELL, who looked better than ever when striking at Southwell a fortnight ago and the handicapper hasn't gone overboard in handing James Fanshawe's charge a 4 lb rise. Arabian King won 3 on the bounce on fibresand last winter and this low-mileage 4-y-o will be a big danger if proving equally effective back on this surface following an 8-month break. Matewan is best of the rest.
- DURRELL
- ARABIAN KING
- MATEWAN (IRE)
