First foray over this trip proved fruitful when arriving late on the scene to land a Goodwood listed event (soft) 16 days ago. High on the shortlist.
Dual handicap winner in 2019 and chased home Majestic Noor in listed race at Yarmouth (10.1f, firm) last month. Hard to envisage her reversing the placings with that rival here.
Smart mare who did very well in Dubai at the beginning of the year. Clearly wasn't 100% at Royal Ascot when last seen in June and leading chance if on-song.
Windsor novice winner in August and has acquitted herself well in handicaps since. However, this is a big step up in class and yard saddles stronger candidates in Award Scheme and Oti Ma Boati.
Improved when handing out a 3½-length beating to Virgin Snow (7 lb pull) in York handicap before landing a listed event at Longchamp (10.4f, good). More needed but she's clearly progressive.
Useful filly who landed back-to-back handicaps in July. Twice placed in listed company since but she was below par in the French race won by Angel Power last time.
Looked good when winning listed events at Newbury and York earlier this season. Misfired in the Yorkshire Oaks last time but of strong interest back down in class/trip here.
Winner of 3 of her 4 starts this year, producing a career-best when readily seeing off Black Lotus in Yarmouth listed race (10.1f, firm) last time. Open to further progress.
Kempton novice winner at 2 yrs and fine second in a French Group 2 in July. Again not beaten far when fourth in listed event won by Anna Nerium at Goodwood and not without each-way hope.
Took career record to an impressive 5 wins from 7 starts when comfortably seeing off 3 rivals in mud at Goodwood in August. Wasn't seen to best effect over C&D recently but more needed in any case.
Third in an Italian Group 2 on final 2-y-o start and excelled herself when fifth of 15 in 1000 Guineas here (1m, good) on return in June. Absent since but this trip should suit and she merits respect.
Off the mark on seasonal reappearance at Newbury in June but limitations seemingly exposed since. Angel Power appears to be the stable first-string.
Looked promising when landing 1m maiden here on sole 2-y-o start. Decent third in the Pretty Polly on C&D return in June but has subsequently come up short in Group company.
Made it third time lucky on return at Haydock in June and done little wrong in varied company since. Beaten 2½ lengths when fourth to Majestic Noor at Yarmouth and now 7 lb better off with that rival.

Forecasts
Angel Power (10/3), Magic Lily (5/1), Franconia (5/1), Majestic Noor (5/1), Anna Nerium (17/2), Virgin Snow (10/1), Romsey (16/1), Oriental Mystique (20/1), Award Scheme (20/1), Trefoil (28/1), Oti Ma Boati (33/1), Black Lotus (40/1), Stylistique (50/1), Angel Fairy (125/1)
MAGIC LILY's latest effort at Royal Ascot can be overlooked, as she clearly wasn't right on the day. She was a solid third in a C&D Group 2 10 days earlier, form which is among the very best on offer, and conditions won't be a problem (runner-up on soft in France last year). Franconia looks the pick of the Classic generation ahead of the progressive Majestic Noor and Anna Nerium also has claims.
- MAGIC LILY
- FRANCONIA
- ANNA NERIUM
