Useful at best for Gordon Elliott but hasn't done enough for his current stable to make him of interest in this.
Below last winning mark and has returned to form of late, third to Magic J in a good time at Sandown 50 days ago. Looks a player following a short break.
Slightly disappointing last time but shaping well under patient tactics prior to that and the suspicion is that he'll be well suited by this track with cheekpieces fitted for the first time.
Scored off a higher mark last season but seemingly going through the motions so far this term, down the field at Kempton last time. Cheekpieces are back on.
Lightly raced sort who was placed on all 3 outings last season, travelling smoothly on each occasion. Not seen for 14 months, though, so a career best is asking a lot on handicap debut.
Is in better form than he's been able to show this term and shaped like a step up to this trip would suit when eighth of 18 in a handicap at York on penultimate outing. Latest effort best excused.
Just fair form for William Haggas but caused a bit of an upset with an improved effort to score at Sandown on his debut for this stable and might be able to do better still. Warrants consideration.
Latest win at Newbury in July but seemingly undone by a rise subsequently. Return to this trip should suit, though.
Dual winner at 2 who put up a career best when a close fourth at Chester 15 days ago, albeit never actually threatening to get there. This stiffer 6f should suit, so he's not ruled out.
Form tailed off for Jessica Harrington last term and he's yet to fire for new yard this season.
Marked progress on third start when winning 11-runner handicap at Leicester and followed it with a good second at Salisbury last month. On the up at present, so well respected.
Off the mark for this stable at Sandown in July and, while he underperformed at Goodwood subsequently. He's a consistent sort who should be back on his game.
Scored at Ayr in July (form working out) and not discredited next time. Latest run on testing ground best excused but others are better treated.
Done well in handicaps, winning first 2 and placed last twice. Likely to give another good account of himself.
Produced a career best in first-time blinkers to get off the mark for the season in 6-runner handicap at Chepstow 12 days ago. 6 lb higher now but should go well again.
Different proposition on second start when winning 6f novice at Lingfield at 2yrs. Promising efforts on both subsequent starts but has a lengthy absence to overcome.
Ended last season on the up and looked back in form when fourth at Kempton, sure to have been closer but for interference. Yet to prove he's as effective on turf, though.
Fairly useful 2yo who was disappointing at Catterick on his reappearance and makes little appeal in a race as competitive as this.
Has improved for the fitting of blinkers recently, finding plenty to edge ahead late at Newmarket 20 days ago. Only up 4lb and this big-field scenario could suit.

Whelans Way (11/2), Triggered (15/2), My Style (8/1), Intrepid Italian (8/1), Punchbowl Flyer (17/2), Mokaatil (10/1), Tuscan Oasis (11/1), Gloves Lynch (12/1), Dick Datchery (12/1), Spanish Angel (14/1), Flavius Titus (16/1), Stone Soldier (18/1), Mia Mento (20/1), Minhaaj (22/1), May Remain (25/1), Crantock Bay (25/1), Honore Daumier (25/1), Strong Power (28/1), Company Minx (33/1), Klute (40/1)
INTREPID ITALIAN has a most progressive profile and he's a likeable sort to boot, so he gets the tentative vote to regain winning ways in this wide-open sprint handicap. Tuscan Oasis is also going the right way, so he's regarded as a danger along with recent Chepstow scorer Punchbowl Flyer.

- TUSCAN OASIS (IRE)
- PUNCHBOWL FLYER (IRE)
