Useful mare who has made a solid enough return to action, including when runner-up at Salisbury 11 days ago. This just her second handicap start and needs to be on song to return to winning ways.
Made an impressive winning debut in 1m Doncaster maiden in October 2018. Little impact all 3 starts in 2019, but got career back on track with former trainer when second on handicap bow at this C&D.
C&D winner who hasn't looked at her best so far this term, including back handicap company from her last winning mark here last time. Bit to prove at present.
Good start for this yard, with a 1m Hamilton win in between 2 fine runner-up efforts. Excuses when saddle slipped over longer trip here last month so certainly not discounted.
Fairly useful mare who has posted just the one solid effort since racing resumed. Reportedly lost action when last at Yarmouth in June so hard to fancy here.
Useful filly who didn't need to better her previous form when easily landing the odds in a Haydock maiden 5 weeks ago. She's open to plenty of improvement making her handicap debut.
Arrives in good form, running as well as she ever has but having no answer to the finishing effort of a very progressive rival at Newmarket last month. Not without hope in a first-time visor.
Seen to maximum effect when winning 7-runner handicap at Wolverhampton (7.2f) by ½ length back in March and not beaten far (raised just 1 lb) on return when sixth at Thirsk 3 weeks ago.
In good order of late and hit the frame once again when fourth at Ayr last time, doing a bit too much in front. Still has few miles on the clock and may yet improve if settling better.
Left debut form well behind to get off the mark in 8-runner maiden at Musselburgh, then improved further when runner-up at Haydock a month later on handicap bow. May well progress again.
Made a successful debut at Nottingham last year and got back on the up to prove herself on testing ground when runner-up at Ayr just over a fortnight ago. Must improve but step up to 7f is a plus.
Forecasts
Lawahed (3/1), Amber Storm (11/2), Dancing Vega (11/2), Odyssey Girl (6/1), Anna Nerium (9/1), Entrancing (10/1), Dawaaween (12/1), Lorton (16/1), Excellent Times (18/1), Never In Paris (25/1), Lady Of Aran (33/1)
LAWAHED landed the odds as expected at Haydock last month, not needing to better her previous form to score with plenty in hand. An opening mark of 85 looks fair and she's taken to follow up with improvement anticipated on her handicap debut. Dancing Vega is feared most having got her career back on track over this C&D last time after a disappointing 3-y-o season, ahead of Odyssey Girl.
