Off the mark in a small-field AW maiden (6f) at Lingfield in June and solid efforts in defeat since, just touched off in a Hamilton nursery (6f) latest. Possibilities for all he's worth a try at 7f.
Landed 3-runner Goodwood maiden (6f) and made it 2 wins from 4 starts when landing a Sandown nursery (5f) last time, well on top at the finish. Likeable type but more on his plate here.
Justified strong market support to score on debut at Newcastle (6f) and stepped up again despite meeting with defeat when runner-up at Ayr (6f) in July. Type to progress further now tackling nurseries
The Last Lion colt who showed benefit of his debut experience when second in an Ascot maiden (6f) last month. Very much the type to progress further and of interest on nursery debut.
Showed a good deal of ability prior to getting off the mark in a 5f Ripon maiden last month. Entitled to make his mark in nurseries but worth noting his best form to date has come at the minimum trip.
Quickly dispelled a lesser effort at Haydock (6f) when staying on strongly to open his account at Ayr (6f) last month. Beat mostly newcomers on that occasion but that unlikely to prove his limit.
Fair form on 2 of his 3 starts for Richard Hannon and appreciated return to calmer waters when second in a big field novice event t Redcar for new yard last time. This a tough handicap debut, though.
Equiano colt who has showed fair form in finishing runner-up on each of his 2 starts to date, coming clear with a promising sort at Yarmouth latest. Booking of Buick catches the eye now handicapping.
Showed fair form on second of his 3 starts in maiden/minor company when second at Thirsk (5f) in June but his efforts either side of that have been underwhelming and progress required to figure here.
Promise amidst greenness when third on debut in a Goodwood maiden (6f) and better than bare result when midfield in an AW novice event subsequently. Remains with potential tackling nurseries.
Oasis Dream colt who matched his debut form without being seen to best effect when third in a Sandown maiden (5f) 12 days ago, keeping on well having been ridden too patiently. Interesting back at 6f.
Fair form when sixth in a C&D minor event on qualifying run and backed that up when third in a 6f Ascot nursery 11 days ago. Easier races than this open to him and mark looks about right.

CHURCHILL BAY had clearly derived plenty from his debut experience when just touched off by a Richard Hannon newcomer at Ascot last month and, with potential for better still now tackling nurseries, he's fancied to prove his opening mark a fair one. Line of Departure has made good strides forward himself of late and is feared, along with Pure Dreamer and Mutazawwed.
