Bids to maintain his unbeaten record after he got off to a winning start at Newcastle (7f; standard). Saw that race out well & he looked green so there should be plenty more to come. Leading claims.
This is a major drop in grade after he was outclassed when contesting the Superlative Stakes at Newmarket (7f; good) last time out. Debut victory on AW brings him into this though with the second & third winning since.
Off the mark at the third attempt when making turf debut at Sandown (7f; good). Form of that race has a solid look to it with the runner-up just getting beat at Newcastle on Sunday. Should give a bold showing as she bids to follow up.
Newcomer by Havana Gold. Cost £26,000 as a yearling. Dam a maiden over 6f-1m. Probably best watched on debut.
Mehmas colt made €11,500 as a yearling. Should have a future but trainer not readily associated with producing winning newcomers & so he is probably best watched unless the market was to speak heavily in his favour.
Failed to justify favouritism (7/4f) when only fifth in a similar race at Catterick (7f; good) recently. That was a bitter disappointment & is best effort out of his three career starts came over 5f. Should be involved but has something to prove.
Marked improvement required off the back of his debut effort when well held at Thirsk (6f; good). Steps up to 7f but others have more to like about them & so he is opposed for the time being.
This is slightly less competitive than the race he made his debut in at Ascot (7f; good) when finishing in midfield. He will need to improve significantly to feature though & the yard are not firing on all cylinders.
Offered only minor promise on debut when eighth at Salisbury (7f; good to firm). Likely to improve with that experience under her belt but form of the stable is a concern (no winner for 16 days; 0-14).
Upped in trip after failing to show much over 6f in a pair of maiden/novice events last month. Highly unlikely to play much of a serious role in this & is opposed until entering handicaps.
Jockey dropped his whip 1f out but it is unlikely that would have made a difference when she ran another low-key race to finish sixth at Sandown (7f; good) behind Desert Vision. Gains a handicap mark after this & more interesting in that sphere.
Shown very little in a pair of 7f maiden events over this trip. Receives weight all round but masses more required on what she has shown so far & others are readily preferred.

In a weak-looking contest, the three with winning form to their name look the ones to focus on. After looking way out of his depth in Group company when last seen, Miami Joy is likely to appreciate this steep drop in grade & can be competitive once again as he bids to regain the winning thread with the form of his debut win solid. Desert Vision is improving with experience and the front-pair drew clear of the field when he shed his maiden tag last month. However, we'll take CHOSEN MARK to remain unbeaten & take his overall record to 2-2. The selection learnt on the job when making a winning debut at Newcastle & will be all the better with that experience under his belt.
