C&D winner finished well beaten in first time cheekpieces (retained) at Wolverhampton last time out but had finished a good third over this C&D prior to that. Interesting if putting that latest disappointment behind him.
Completed a double when winning over 6f at Lingfield in June. Beaten just 1½L when third over the same trip at Chelmsford subsequently and is one for the shortlist on return to turf.
Held in three starts this campaign including when 11L sixth over 6f at Salisbury (good-to-firm) last month. Tongue tie tried for the first time.
Placed on his first two starts this season before disappointing when favourite for a 5f handicap at Pontefract (good) last time out. Step back up in trip a positive and he is one to note having won over C&D in the past.
Placed third in a maiden race over 7f at Musselburgh (good) at the start of last month. Represents a top stable and holds strong claims of making a winning handicap debut dropping back in distance.
Twice a winner at two including off this mark over the minimum distance. Improved on seasonal reappearance effort when finishing 6L third over an extended 5f at Bath (firm) two weeks ago but has to prove his stamina at this distance.
Good third in a 5f handicap at Bath (good) on his penultimate start but proved a slight disappointment when sixth over the same trip at Haydock (soft) eight days later. Interesting to see how he fares back up in distance.
Fair effort when beaten 7L into fourth in a heavy ground 7f handicap at Newbury last October. Absent since and market support would be notable racing off a 4lb lower mark on seasonal reappearance.
Five time winner including over this C&D. Successful over 7f at Wolverhampton last October but finished a well beaten ninth over the same trip at Chelmsford the following month. Others make more appeal on seasonal debut.

INTREPID ITALIAN has been in good form on the all-weather and he can register a first turf victory by taking this competitive sprint handicap. The selection can see off handicap debutant Gold Zabeel who comes here on the back of a good third place finish over further. Music Therapist can put a disappointing effort last time out behind him to claim third.
