Off the mark at the second attempt with a 2L victory in a 6f maiden at Kempton in June and is interesting on handicap debut having finished well beaten in the Super Sprint at Newbury (5f, good) last time out.
Failed to build on a good 4L fifth at Kempton on debut in June when 13L sixth at Windsor (6f, good) subsequently. Better expected on handicap debut.
Placed in a couple of maidens in June but was beaten 8L when sixth on handicap debut at Ascot (7f, good-to-firm) recently. Drop back in trip looks likely to suit.
Improved on debut effort when 2½L sixth in a 6f novice race at Newbury (good-to-soft) last time out. Represents a good yard and is worth a check in the market on handicap debut.
Ran well when finishing 5¼L fourth in a soft ground 6f maiden at Ayr just under a month ago. Hails from a top yard and is one to note on handicap debut.
Showed ability on both starts to date most recently when 3½L third in a six runner 6f novice contest at Yarmouth (good-to-firm) early last month. One for the shortlist on handicap debut.
Performed well on both starts so far including when 4½L fourth over an extended 5f at Bath (good-to-firm) last time out. Stepping up in distance on first handicap start.
Signs of ability in three starts so far most recently when fourth in a 6f novice race on the all-weather at Lingfield last month. Interesting to see how he fares on handicap debut.
Beaten 7½L when finishing runner-up in a 6f novice race on the all-weather at Lingfield last month. Worth a check in the market on first appearance in handicap company.
Placed third in a C&D novice race on her penultimate start but struggled in first time tongue tie (absent here) subsequently. More needed on handicap debut.
Four race maiden was beaten 15½L when eighth in a 7f event on good ground here last time out. Probably best watched on first handicap appearance.
Forecasts
Host (9/2), Rainbow's Pony (11/2), Tashbeeh (11/2), Gordonstoun (6/1), Enduring (13/2), Imperial Fora (9/1), Sibaaq (10/1), Boot Scootin Baby (10/1), Charlie's Jamboree (12/1), Bomb Squad (50/1), Weymouth Bay (66/1)
SIBAAQ can get off the mark at the first time of asking in handicap company by taking this competitive looking nursery event. The selection represents a leading stable and he can get the better of top weight Enduring who contested a hot sprint event at Newbury on his most recent start. Third place can go the way of Tashbeesh who finished third in a small field novice race on his most recent start.
- Sibaaq
- Enduring
- Tashbeeh
