Been a revelation so far this season and chases the hat-trick with a very realistic chance of brushing aside a 5lb penalty for a bloodless success at Bath last week. He's still 2lb ahead of the assessor despite the extra weight; must be considered.
Won over an extended mile on his final start for Ralph Beckett but two starts for his current yard have been modest displays. Needs a lot more to figure this time.
Won 3 claimers and 2 handicaps during a profitable 2019 campaign but this year's exploits have seen his (handicap) mark tumble to a career lowest rating; likes a bit of give underfoot on turf but has a bit to prove on recent AW evidence.
Ran well when second over 1m here eight days ago but better suited to this sort of trip these days. He's competitively weighted as he hasn't won for over two years now but retains enough ability to consider him as an each-way option.
Back to form with a near miss at Bath last month and is just 1lb higher, so merits a second look at least. He's 0-5 on turf and does need to prove he can string a sequence together. (But worth noting he's won from an 11lb higher mark on the AW.)
Won over this trip a Leicester last summer but form has been mixed under both codes of racing since. Gave the leaders too much leeway when fourth of 11 on his seasonal debut at Newbury last month but will now be sharper; another to consider.
Has won over this trip but her best form has been posted over a shorter distance and she needs to up her game after a modest effort on seasonal return at Bath last month. Nudged down 1lb but still looks high enough in the weights.
Finished 16L behind Songkran on her stable debut at Newmarket last month and has a stiff test ahead in her effort to reverse that piece of form. Others appear to hold stronger claims. (0-10 so far.)
Ran on strongly to win with a bit in hand (over 1m2f) on the AW at Lingfield when last seen; he's also won over this trip on turf so merits a betting check at least. He's got 5lb more to carry and is up in grade here, so does face a stern test.
Has a bit to find with Water's Edge after their encounter at Bath last month but is reasonably well handicapped and is likely to have benefited from the run in terms of fitness. Needs a lot to go his way, though.
1-23 in all races (under both codes) and has only been seen once since last November. Needs a big improvement on last month's outing at Windsor and not even a 3lb lower mark is tempting enough to suggest he's one to side with today.
Won on good to soft (1m2f) at Brighton last June but her form has been erratic since; well held over this trip at Windsor latest and again looks one to be wary of from the same mark.
Posted a solid effort in a class 5 handicap over 1m4f here last week, which came on the back of a much improved run (at odds of 200/1) here in June. She's got place claims on those two efforts but has to be noted she's 0-15 and lacks consistency.

Forecasts
Songkran (15/8), Ocean Reach (9/2), Rotherwick (9/2), Water's Edge (9/1), Scofflaw (12/1), Helian (12/1), Stormingin (14/1), Couldn't Could She (18/1), Bayston Hill (25/1), James Park Woods (28/1), Abel Tasman (33/1), John Betjeman (33/1), French Riviera (40/1), Princess Way (50/1), Simbirsk (50/1), Maroc (80/1)
SONGKRAN is 2lb well-in here and looks the obvious choice to force the issue in this modest handicap. He's thrived since joining his new yard and the hat-trick is well within range despite the imposition of a mandatory penalty. Rotherwick is back over a more suitable trip and can give the suggestion a good run for the money, while Helian should strip fitter this time and is forwarded as the best of the rest. Water's Edge has won from a higher mark on the AW and also merits a betting check.
