Verdict

Sadly, very much a case of after the Lord Mayor's Show following on immediately from a good quality (Class 3) 2m handicap, so a firm and definitive view won't be forthcoming. Buyer Beware must enter calculations in the hope that he can replicate a positive performance on turf at Musselburgh, while Nearly There and Urban Spirit are relatively closely matched on previous C&D form. However, a 'free hit' is taken at Tracy Waggott's nine-race maiden FLASH POINT. He wasn't disgraced when fifth over C&D last month, and that form has been well advertised since by the 1-2-3 (Le Musee, Zabeel Star and Nataleena).
