A half-brother to 7f winner Hyde Park and is a relative of a Grade 2 winner (on the AW) in France. The gelding was slow to stride on debut at Kempton but rallied to do his best work near the finish. He'll be wiser now; of interest now on turf.
Finished last of 12 on debut at Lingfield in June and didn't look to be the most straightforward ride that evening. Nicely bred but a big improvement is needed.
Impeccable pedigree and raced in good company last season (finishing sixth behind Pinatubo in the Chesham Stakes at Ascot being his stand out pieces of form). On official ratings he sets a high standard and is the one to beat.
Finished third behind a couple of more experienced rivals in a decent looking novice at Newmarket last month and looks a likely type to improve for the run. He cost 220,000 gns so expectations will be high; the betting will help.
A 40,000 gns son of Lawman that is a brother to an Australian Group 2 winner; his dam was successful over 1m2f and is out of a Lancashire Oaks winner. This is a stiff test for his debut.
Two previous runs on the AW were just respectable efforts and this looks a much stiffer ask of the colt. At least he qualifies for a handicap mark after this and his connections will be more in tune with where to go next.
Beat just one rival to the finish line on debut at Kempton at the start of June and needs a vastly improved effort to get on terms with some potentially decent rivals here.
Cost 240,000 as a yearling and is a half-brother to a handful of winners. His trainer enjoyed a flying start to the 2020 Flat season and, being a son of the mighty Galileo, this fellow looks to be another from a top yard with a bright future ahead.
A poor effort on debut for Ali Strong last August was followed by another uninspiring display in last month's stable debut at Kempton over 1m; very little to recommend him in this more exulted company.
Made little impact on debut at Yarmouth (1m, firm) last month and then gave her rider no chance when she darted right and unseated Aled Beech at Kempton 13 days ago. Blinkers are in place now and they need to instill a much more concerted effort.
Held by a then 98-rated Manigordo (trained by Richard Hannon) on debut at Sandown last month (although the winner didn't do much for the form when last at Newmarket in his latest start). Respected but a big step forward is needed now.

This presents HEAVEN FORFEND with a good opportunity to get off the mark and announce himself to be a contender on the 'three-year-old stage'. He's got a pedigree to die for and fared well against some smart individuals last season. This is his easiest task to date and, assuming he's revved up for his seasonal debut, he looks the safest option. Sidereal is another with an eye-catching pedigree and thus merits an interest as a well-bred newcomer, while Mark Of Gold should know more about what's required from him after a solid debut at Newmarket last month.
