Decent efforts on both starts since being gelded including when 3L fourth in first time blinkers (retained) over this trip at Chelmsford last month. Weakened in the closing stages that day and is one for the shortlist in this event.
C&D winner off a 1lb lower mark on good-to-firm ground last September and is one to note back down in trip having finished 5L sixth over 1m at Thirsk (good) last time out.
Registered his third career success when scoring by 1¼L in a 7f handicap at Haydock (good) last week. Carries a 5lb penalty for that victory and is one for the shortlist in this contest.
Making his seasonal debut when finishing a well held 11th over this trip at Redcar (good) last month. Broke his maiden over C&D last June and market support would be notable.
Victorious over this C&D last September and registered his best effort in two subsequent starts when finishing runner-up over this distance at Thirsk (good) recently. Strong claims of going one better in this race.
Well beaten 10L 11th in a 5f handicap at Beverley (good) when making his reappearance last month. Won off higher marks in the past but is not certain to appreciate this step up in distance.
Sent off favourite when finishing 4½L fifth in a handicap over this trip at Wolverhampton in early March. Races off his 3lb higher turf mark here and wears a hood for the first time.
Held in both starts since the resumption of racing most recently when hanging left in a handicap over this distance at Haydock (good) last week. Probably best watched at present.
Performed well when beaten ½L into second in a 7f handicap at Lingfield last month when returning from a break. Finished 10L last upped to 1m at the same venue subsequently however and the return to this trip is in his favour.
C&D winner here in 2017 but was beaten 11½L in finishing sixth in a seven runner 7f handicap at Haydock (good) when making his seasonal debut last week. Back down to his last winning mark but others make more appeal at present.
Dual AW winner but has failed to win in six previous turf starts and drops markedly in trip having finished 24L 12th over 1m2f at Ripon (good-to-soft) last month.
Placed twice over 6f on the AW last October but disappointed upped to 7f at Newcastle the following month on his most recent start. Has run well here in the past and market support would be notable on seasonal reappearance.

The Big House (3/1), Mudawwan (9/2), House Deposit (5/1), Kaafy (5/1), Christmas Night (5/1), Eldelbar (17/2), Watheer (9/1), Bumbledom (12/1), Break The Silence (20/1), Indian Pursuit (22/1), Black Isle Boy (33/1), Kodimoor (33/1), Palazzo (66/1)
CHRISTMAS NIGHT has won over this C&D in the past and following a solid placed effort on seasonal debut he can register a fourth career success by taking this competitive looking handicap event. The selection can get the better of recent winner House Deposit who was successful at Haydock on his latest outing while third place can go to top weight Kaafy who ran well despite losing a shoe on his most recent start.

- House Deposit
