Won two of last three outings last winter most recently over C&D off 6lb lower mark in February. Lightly raced and may have more to give so a bold show not ruled out on first start back following the break.
Placed all four AW starts but only wins have come on turf. Not seen since poor run at Sandown in August but won first time out last season and is a horse who goes well fresh. 3lb higher than last winning mark.
Three of four wins for Keith Dalgleish came on AW and went close on second start for current yard when third at Newcastle in February. In touch until faded approaching 1f out at Newcastle recently but should strip fitter here off 1lb lower.
Only one AW win to his name but seems to run to a similar level to his turf form where he has scored seven times. Won first two starts last year so absence not a worry but starts off this campaign 10lb higher.
Fine record of 8-21 on AW and won remarkable seven times in 11 weeks this winter. 32lb higher than start of that run in December and will do very well to return to winning ways here on first start since February.
Winner at 6f and 7f but never over 1m so has stamina to prove. Not disgraced when 5th of 10 at Yarmouth recently on seasonal return and will be fitter for that.
C&D novice stakes winner for James Tate in September 2018. Gelded after disappointing time after and joined current yard in June last year, again winning over C&D on handicap bow. Absent one year but is unbeaten here and chance if fit and well.
Has scored twice at Windsor and Chester at up to 1m2f and only had three previous outings on an artificial surface, the last in April 2016. Coming back from 607-day absence so will do very well to be there at the finish.
In great form winning four of his last five races this winter, the last being a C&D triumph in March off 4lb lower. Shaped as though in need of outing at Haydock recently but with yard hitting form rates a contender with that run under his belt.
Kept on well to just land Windsor 1m novice event last summer and raced prominently until tiring well over 1f out on first run for 11 months at Yarmouth earlier this month. Unexposed and enters calculations.
Won twice over C&D last summer and returns off 5lb higher mark than second of those successes. Has gone well following a break in the past so decent display possible for yard among the winners of late.
Gelded son of Oaks winner Eswarah. Lightly raced and scored sole win over C&D in August. Reappeared at Newcastle earlier this month 8lb higher but very disappointing when odds-on 8th of 12. May have needed run though so too early to discount him.
Landed Southwell 1m novice on third start for current yard in October then made winning handicap bow at Wolverhampton 1m1f in December. Returned with 6th of 12 over Newbury 1m last week and eased 1lb since then.

A host of horses with claims here in a wide-open mile handicap but MASKED IDENTITY will have benefitted from a recent run at Chelmsford and did enough there to suggest he won't be far away here back at his optimum trip. Top weight Swiss Cheer is progressive and could be in the mix, while similar comments apply to the likes of Toro Dorado and Rum Baba. Mutasaamy bombed out at Newcastle on his first start back but is surely better than that and could bounce back, while Mr Tyrell goes well fresh and is another to add into calculations.
- Masked Identity
- Toro Dorado
- Swiss Cheer
