Took a step back in the right direction when third at Kempton (5f; standard to slow) on his return to action. Record on the AW of 0-6 would advise caution, but if building on most recent effort he is dangerously well handicapped.
2lb worse off with Buniann after beating that rival narrowly at Newcastle (5f; standard). Is on a roll though and in clear career-best form, winning three of his previous four races. Form of stable/jockey also further enhances his chances.
Least exposed runner in the line-up. First visit to this track and hard to knock reappearance effort when third to Tabaahy in a bunch finish at Newcastle (5f; standard). 2lb better off, more to come and subsequently features high on the shortlist.
Had to bide his time to squeeze through a gap at a crucial point in the race when registering his fourth C&D victory recently. Looked a comfortable enough winner and had a couple of todays rivals in behind him so has every chance of following up.
Regained the winning thread in pretty comfortable fashion when scoring by three-lengths at Chelmsford (6f; standard) last week. Never won off a mark as high as this before but yard are among the winners so could have a say.
6lb above last winning mark but produced another pleasing run when narrowly in front of Roundabout Magic to finish third over C&D recently. May progress from that and he is in good form but this is seriously competitive.
Likes this C&D and has posted a pair of solid efforts at this track/over this trip since racing resumed. Went close eight days ago when third, and if racing slightly closer to the pace he has place claims again.

Forecasts
Buniann (5/2), Tabaahy (18/5), Just Glamorous (9/2), Kath's Lustre (11/2), Equally Fast (6/1), Solar Park (10/1), Archimedes (12/1), Roundabout Magic (20/1)
Hard to rule any of these out with confidence including Just Glamorous who hinted at a return to form last time out and is 24lb below his last winning mark. Solar Park finished just in front of Roundabout Magic when struggling for room and subsequently finished third behind Equally Fast. The suspicion is he will confirm that form but Solar Park may get a bit closer to him. However, the two to focus on are recent Newcastle rivals Tabaahy and BUNIANN. The former is in magnificent form at present and will likely be running on strongly, but the latter is the selection given he is open to more improvement and is 2lb better off at the weights.
- Buniann
- Tabaahy
- Equally Fast
