Hasn't won in Britain since debut success at York in 2017. Successful at Meydan since then and was twice second there this winer. Not disgraced only run on turf last year at Ascot but seems in the handicapper's grip on recent evidence.
Comfortably landed Ascot 6f h'cap penultimate start last term and not beaten far at all when eighth in Portland Handicap off this mark only subsequent outing. Has run creditably following a break so may be there or thereabouts.
Cork 7f maiden winner last year for John Oxx and won on only second start for current yard when justifying favouritism at Southwell 6f in March. 5lb higher now but only lightly raced and there may be more to come.
Handicapper has been slow to relent following too good wins in 2017 and hasn't managed to get his head in front since then. Fifith of 22 in Portland Handicap final start last campaign and starts out this term off the same mark.
Scored at Bath last season off 7lb lower and doesn't appear obviously well treated on evidence of four runs since then, including second at Kempton penultimate outing. Others make more appeal.
Consistent sort beaten just a length over C&D in September then won following two starts at Chelmsford. 11lb higher than last turf start but has time on his side and remains open to further improvement.
Won fair handicaps at York and Windsor in 2019 and is ideally suited by Good to Firm ground. Any rain would be a blow to his chance as he returns to action for the first time since wind surgery.
Drew a blank in five outings last year but ended term with solid second over 7f at Newbury in heavy ground. Starts off this season 1lb higher and connections will be hoping that rain falls in order to enhance his prospects.

Forecasts
Highland Dress (9/4), Beyond Equal (11/2), Wentworth Falls (6/1), Spirit Of May (6/1), Equitation (7/1), Ice Lord (9/1), Citron Major (10/1), Dream Today (10/1), Betsey Trotter (10/1), Danzan (10/1), Boy In The Bar (12/1)
Another very trappy sprint handicap but Roger Teal's SPIRIT OF MAY was very progressive towards the end of last term and if picking up in the same vein may be up to defying a rise in his mark. Betsy Trotter also had a good time of things last year and is respected, as too is the ex-Irish Highland Dress who won at Southwell for his current yard in March. Wentworth Falls deserves to get his head in front after a number of good runs in recent years without success, and it will be interesting to see how Danzan fairs on his first start for new connections.
