19:20 Southwell Wed 15 January 2020
Wore cheekpieces and a tongue-tie when notching a fourth course win (1m4f) here last week - beating Seven Clans by 1L; previously was beaten a head by Princess Harley; possible player despite the 5lb penalty (and the extra two furlongs).
Won an AW jumpers' bumper (Newcastle) for Brian Ellison during the snowstorm of March 2018; switched back to the Flat for Charlie Longsdon lately; started 40-1 when a staying on third to Power Home at Wolverhampton (1m6f) 19 days ago; chance.
Has related 1m4f Southwell form with Cold Harbour, Going Native & Socioloigst; sits 3lb higher than when beating Robyn Brisland's charge (a winner since) by a head latest; runner-up over 1m6f on turf at Yarmouth (June 2019); the form pick.
Doesn't win too often (1-20) albeit is difficult to knock in terms of consistency (recent Southwell form figures read 3224); kept on at the one-pace when fourth over 1m4f latest - Princess Harley, Cold Harbour & Going Native being the 1/2/3.
Poor strike-rate (1-27 on the AW); holding her own of late from a very similar mark, but the form book indicates that she'll struggle to beat the likes of Princess Harley and Cold Harbour.
No win since July 2017 (1m4f Leicester); dwelt and never involved (25-1) when finishing sixth to Princess Harley (Cold Harbour second, Going Native third, Sociologist fourth) over 1m4f here 17 days ago.
