Half-sister to five siblings, all of whom have won for this yard, as did the dam (including Group 1). None of those won first time out, however, and seemed to improve with age/distance. Best watched unless market suggests otherwise.
Well held after missing the break on debut but took a step forward when fourth at Wolverhampton (1m½f, Tapeta) 16 days ago. Was beaten 6¼L so will need to improve against some interesting newcomers but sets the standard with Indie Angel.

Hasn't beaten a rival in two starts at Kempton (7f) and Lingfield (1m) and is bred to want a sterner test in time as a half-sister to a 2m Flat winner and two winning hurdlers.
Cost 55,000 gns as a yearling. Half-sister to two winners whilst her dam made a winning debut as a juvenile. Yard have just a 7% strike-rate with two-year-olds this year (13/183) and will need to run to a fair level to win here on her first start.

Showed promise when fifth on debut at Kempton (7f) but only matched that form having missed the break when fourth here (7f) 17 days ago. Still has potential and, if breaking on terms, cannot be dismissed for leading connections.
Dam was a dual Grade 1 winner (including Breeders' Cup Distaff) and has produced three winners so far, including Group 1 UAE winner Long River. Top stable have plenty of winning newcomers but jockey bookings suggest Indie Angel is the first choice.

Cheap purchase (£4,000 yearling) and half-sister to three winning sprinters. Yard's only juvenile winner this year was second time out and is likely to find this opposition too tough. Others preferred.

Well beaten in a 6f event at Newmarket on racecourse bow, and only improved a little when 4¾L fifth of 11 to Belle Anglaise over 7f here last time. Others hold stronger claims after a near-three month break.

Shaped with a bit of promise on debut at Nottingham (1m½f, heavy) but didn't build on that when looking inexperienced at Lingfield (1m, Polytrack) 12 days ago. Hasn't looked devoid of ability but will need to improve to get off the mark.
90,000gns yearling daughter of Iffraaj a half-sister to four winners. Never get involved from a poor draw on C&D three weeks ago, racing wide throughout. Sent off at 50/1 that day and easily passed over unless market vibes are positive.

Godolphin homebred by Shamardal. She is a half-sister to recent German Listed winner Firebird Song, whilst her dam won over 1m3f in France. From a leading yard with a 31% strike-rate with juveniles this season and should make her presence felt.

Dam was a multiple winner (1m½f-1m2f) up to Grade 3 level. Was slowly away and not landed a blow on debut at Doncaster (1m, heavy). These less testing conditions will help but will a significant step forward to get involved.

Forecasts

Symbol Of Love (5/4), Indie Angel (11/4), True Scarlet (6/1), Surprise Encounter (8/1), Lake Lucerne (14/1), Aventuriere (20/1), Dancing Approach (22/1), Maximize (33/1), Encashment (50/1), Mums The Law (50/1), Foronceinmylife (66/1), Soramond (66/1)

Verdict

The standard set by those that have raced isn't insurmountable and this seems ripe for a newcomer to make a winning debut. Of those, SYMBOL OF LOVE make the most appeal for Charlie Appleby. The yard have a great record with their two-year-olds and AW performers and gets the vote in the opener. Fellow Godolphin runner Lake Lucerne has a great pedigree but jockey bookings suggest Indie Angel is the Gosden first-string. Of the others, Dancing Approach took a big step forward last time out and is best of the rest.
