Badly in need of his debut experience at Wolverhampton (6f); finishing midfield with a hood on (retained here) keeping on to be beaten under 2L (considerately handled). Yard have a 9-19 with their 2yo's here; sure to be suited by 7f, Fibresand debut.
Hinted at some ability when dropped to 6f for his second start (first on turf) having been too inexperienced to show anything on his Fibresand 7f debut. Needs this run for a mark and sure to be of more interest once he's handicapped.
Yard have a decent record with their juveniles here with this one making his Fibresand debut having already experienced Polytrack and Tapeta. Stepped up markedly from his debut last time over 7f despite still being green, open to more progress.
Two starts so far with the second showing more than his debut having been switched to Fibresand and brought back to this trip. Effort was only modest though and connections will make more use of him once he has a mark after this outing.
Not particularly fancied on his Newcastle 7f debut (25-1) he did show some modest ability and he looks likely to progress. Sire has a good record with his progeny on the Fibresand (yard also feature well here); can do better, worth a market glance.
Showed more on his second start than he did on his debut stepping up from his 7f Doncaster debut in testing conditions switched to the AW at Kempton (7f). Well positioned in that contest he still needs to find a little more on Fibresand debut.
Has an appealing pedigree being a half-brother to a couple of winners with his dam also having been a winner. In need of the experience on his Kempton (1m) debut; should improve if he takes to this initial experience of this surface.
Showed a little ability on his debut over an extended 6f in testing conditions at Newbury; slow away but made a little late headway. Yard have a very modest strike-rate with their 2yo here; may well be one for handicaps further down the line.
Looks the lesser of the two juveniles that the stable run here having offered little on his debut at Newcastle (7f) he wasn't much more of a threat on his second start over the same trip at Chelmsford. Now switches to Fibresand, needs this for a mark
Showed nothing on his first outing at Newcastle over 1m beaten over 31L finishing last of 13. Now gets his first experience of this surface but hard to think he will make much of an impression dropping back in trip.
One of two newcomers in the field (yard are 1-6 with 2yo debutants here); and have a good record overall with their juveniles here. €28,000 yearling he makes some appeal on pedigree, in good hands, interesting if there is support for him.
Yard not really known for their 2yo (5-65 here with juveniles) with her two starts so far coming here over 6f. Looked to show some ability on the first occasion but failed to improve on her latest start; could well be suited by this longer trip.
Makes her Fibresand debut for a yard that are no stranger to winners here although their record with juveniles is modest (5-62). Shaped well enough on two turf starts, both on heavy ground over 6f, may well need handicaps to show her best.
Debutant from a yard who are 4-31 with 2yo (1-2 with debutants); half-sister to three winners so nicely bred. Yard yet to have a 2yo AW winner this year (3-30 overall), would need to see some market confidence to warrant support.

Two stand head and shoulders above the field here despite the big field although very few have tried this surface and its best to tread carefully. John Gosden has a stellar record with his juveniles here going 9-19 with the only previous 2yo runner from the yard having won that gives the promising ARBITER a slight edge here over his main rival Cedar Cage. Sir Mark Prescott’s Golden Horn gelding (the sire’s first Fibresand runner) has turned in two very sound performances so far and looks the one to beat. Two others that may be of interest are the newcomer Whitehaven and Foreshore from the Karl Burke stable which landed a gamble in this last year with Absolutio.
