First time on the Fibresand and yet to win a race this season running well below form in the Ayr Silver Cup last time (first-time visor). Useful handicapper on his day with a mark that continues to fall; has to show some signs of life before being of
Three wins to her name over 5f in the earlier part of the year (all on quick turf) she does have a second to her name over C&D. Considerably higher in the handicap than when recording that performance but may appreciate a return here.
Lightly-raced this season and hasn't as yet got going (looked rather rusty); given a stiff task when last seen. Cut little ice when seen here once before having been given a big chance by the handicapper on that occasion; jury remains out for now.
Needs no introduction here having recently gained his 13th course win having won here five times this year. Effective over this trip he produced a rare below-par effort over C&D last time; may find this grade a little too hot now (handicapper looks i
Fibresand debut (sire good record here); won three 5f sprints earlier in the year; confirmed that she was back in form after a lull last time. Slipped below her last winning mark; chance if she handles this surface against proven Fibresand types.
Stable debut returning to Fibresand (C&D winner); joined a stable well known for producing/improving sprinters. Headgear worn for the majority of his starts this year (Including his Windsor off 4lb higher) now removed; market move should be noted.
Yard do well with their runners here (landed a gamble with one earlier in the week). Probably run better than her form figures suggest since winning at Redcar in May off this same mark; never involved last time (slow away); can't be ruled out.
Off the mark on her first try over C&D (her first try at 5f overall) winning a maiden in good style from Sambucca Spirit (runs in the 5.10). Has more to do on her handicap debut but is unexposed; won't be a surprise if she proves better than her mark

Hareem Queen (2/1), Erissimus Maximus (10/3), Afandem (4/1), Yousini (5/1), Crosse Fire (7/1), Free Love (8/1), Machree (14/1), Peggie Sue (16/1), Rapid Applause (33/1)
The ability to handle this surface can often be far more important than weights and measures and with that thought in mind HAREEM QUEEN is taken to land this tougher contest than she faced last time on her handicap debut. It was very much a case of style over substance last time over C&D but she could be far better than this mark. Free Love may appreciate a return to this surface and Erissimus Maximus a previous C&D winner makes some appeal have joined a yard who do so well with their sprinters. Crosse Fire can’t be ignored on his “home” track although this mark/company may just find him out while a market move for Machree would be of interest.
