Offers the most experience in the race and is making her 12th start. Established herself as a good handicapper but took form to new level with victory in 6f Ayr Group 3 last time out. Form of that is questionable but has to be respected.
Taking sizeable steps forward recently and made it two wins on the bounce when landing 7f Chelmsford novice in late September. Progressive but this is the hardest task she has faced to date.
Only win so far came at Ascot in May but ran well to finish third in Group 2 contests at Royal Ascot and Newmarket in July. Not seen since but given tie to mature and step up to this trip is a positive.
Winner of Fairyhouse maiden in July but not progressed since. Latest fifth in 7f Curragh Group 3 means she has a bit to find on ratings.
Had looked exposed before bouncing back to form at Newbury two starts ago before good second in 7f handicap over C&D at the Cambridgeshire meeting. Rejuvenated but disappointed at this level before.
Remains a maiden after five starts but confirmed her progression and class when runner-up in the Group 2 Rockfel Stakes at this course two weeks ago. Dangerous to dismiss.
Holy Roman Emperor filly. Made all and just held on when winning at Naas (7f) on racecourse debut last month. Was all out that day so needs a bit more but yard excelling with juvenile fillies this season.
Showed promise when third on debut at Newbury but bettered that when narrow winner at Goodwood (7f) in August. Needs to improve again at this level but open to improvement.
Overcame greenness to win 6f Newbury maiden on debut but inexperience told when fifth in the Group 2 Lowther Stakes when last seen. Pedigree suggests this trip should be no issue and may be more streetwise now.
Forecasts
Final Song (2/1), Stylistique (7/2), Wejdan (4/1), Separate (8/1), Valeria Messalina (9/1), Rose Of Kildare (12/1), Nope (16/1), Vividly (20/1), Belle Anglaise (50/1)
STYLISTIQUE has proved to be a slightly frustrating sort this season but posted a career-best when narrowly denied by a classy stablemate over C&D last time. With her rivals coming off the back of absences and a bit to prove, this looks a great opportunity for her to break her duck. Final Song sets the form standard on her efforts this season but suffered a slight setback recently and may need the run, while Valeria Messalina can't be ignored from a yard who are hosing up in these type of contests this year.
- Stylistique
- Final Song
- Valeria Messalina
